How does Infinity Nikki stack up to gacha-giant Genshin Impact?
Though there aren’t many towns to talk to or trade with, there’s still plenty to discover within each reaction available in Miraland. The further you explore the land, the sooner you realize there’s a more profound mystery to the land outside of town. You may discover why humans are lacking outside the two major cities as you explore. Or, maybe you’ll find a beautiful place to take pictures in the areas below.

Wishing Woods
Best Makeup In The Game Behind Lock And Key
It’s going to be quite a while before you’ll be able to explore the secretive Wishing Woods. It is home to the Faewish Sprites, who fiercely protect their home, and you’ll have to pass a ‘difficult’ interview process before being allowed to see the forest at large. With all the dark essence and bad actor stylists wandering around, it makes sense why they’re so cautious.
The woods become available after chapter five, but once you do finally visit, you’re introduced to several of the Best Stylist factions in the game thus far. The forest is covered in a continuous fog, adding to the mysterious atmosphere of the Faewish Sprites’ home. It almost begs you to explore its inner workings.

Abandoned District
It’s A Lonely Place, Filled With Living Memories
While not technically blocked off like the Wishing Woods, to get to the inner islands of the Abandoned District, you’ll need to upgrade your floating outfit to the stronger Floral Memory outfit, which allows you to float over much longer distances than the Bubbly Voyage outfit. Once you do, you’ll see how far the place has fallen from its former glory.
There are remnants of a former life, such as the Ripple Wine Cellar, a long abandoned Winehouse that is lovingly looked over by the ghost-like Pieceys, with their unofficial leader, Rippling Reverie Jenny, who protects it even in her supposed afterlife. Though smaller than the other regions, it is jam-packed with Whimstars and Dews of Inspiration for you to find.

Breezy Meadow
Stunning Beauty Among The Ruins
You can go anywhere in this game and run across beautiful flora and fauna to take your pictures, but Breezy Meadow offers some of the most photogenic areas in Miraland up to this point. Located where the river opens up to the coast, plenty of fishing can be done in both types of waters.
The minigames spread out over other areas are much more condensed here. Most are located near the coast and within a short walkable distance of each other. While the area is not as packed to the brim with Whimstars, 88 is still nothing to sneeze at.

Memorial Mountains
The Smallest Region
Just outside Florawish lies a small, worn-down mansion that houses a majestic but saddened dragon who has lost their inspiration. The loneliness of this area is highlighted by the small number of Whimstars available to be discovered, not to mention there are only two available warp spires.
There are many different ruins scattered all over Miraland. Some are majestic, while others, like here in Memorial Mountains, have more of an imposing, somber feel. The civilization from before was nothing more than crumbling architecture, and the whim that allows fashion magic to exist gives a glimpse into the much darker lore that Nikki games are known for.

Stoneville
Second-Largest Fashion Hub
When you reach chapter three in the story, you can finally explore the second town in the game to its fullest. You can travel and get here without the narrative, but you’ll be locked out of a few things until you finish chapter two. The landscape of Stoneville is slightly different from the beach areas of the coast and the mountainous regions in and around Florawish.
Stoneville’s biggest draw is the large, purple fields of lavenfringe, represented on the map by the large, purple patches in the area. Stoneville is small compared to Florawish, making the Whimstar search much more manageable. This area only has 26, so you’ll be done quickly.

Florawish
The Home Of Your Stylist Debut
Florawish is the first town you visit in-game and is arguably your unofficial hub area, as most quests circle back to here. This is where you get your pear-pad, make your first friends, and begin piecing together the first threads of a much larger mystery. The verticality of all the buildings makes it a perfect spot to learn how to navigate high spaces safely without the threat of Essings or water.
You also meet a few integral characters that impact later chapters, like Nonoy and Giovanni, though you’d have to play the game to find out how and, more importantly, why. Regarding materials, Florawish has plenty of common flowers, floofs, and fish for you to farm for your heart out for early-game looks.
