Fortnite’s latest quest tasks players to track down an NPC in-game, however, unlike most of these quests you won’t get a marker on the map for them. Leaving a lot of players wondering where is Daigo in Fortnite? When you jump in and are faced with this quest, it might be a tad confusing at first.
Daigo was a permanent fixture on the map last season, occupying a space where he went through the same Fortnite Lore event over and over again. However, this season hasn’t included him in a major role. He’s been added as a teaser for the upcoming Fortnite live event. However, he’s also in a spot with some particularly great loot. If you’re trying to track down Daigo in Fortnite, you might have competition from other players hoping to complete the quest. This is where you can find him and finish off the quest.

If you’re looking to track down Daigo in Fortnite, you can essentially find him by using the boss medallion marker. Which means players will be dropping there to try and get the medallion, which can cause some problems if you’re just trying to complete your quest.

If you get particularly close to Fletcher Kane and Daigo, you’ll be able unable to build. It’s not enabled around the portal thing he’s messing with for some reason. Cars will also be disabled if you drive them in too close. This means the whole area can be quite dangerous, and players don’t have access to their normal tools.

You might have tracked down where Daigo is in Fortnite, but a big problem is going to be completing the quest safely. Like some quests last season, it seems set up to lead to easy kills. Once the boss is defeated, the whole thing vanishes too. Players can’t complete the quest after someone has killed the boss.
Hopefully, players can sacrifice a game to get it done and move on to the next part of the Fortnite story.
