With so many things to do in InZoi, it’s easy to overlook some skills in favor of others. One you’ll likely develop regardless is the cooking skill, as every Zoi needs to eat at some point. Despite the plethora of fast food and snacks, there’s nothing quite like a good meal–especially when it has multiple servings.

What Is The Cooking Skill?
The cooking skill is required to prepare your own meals from the fridge, regardless of the dish. Unless you’re grabbing a quick bite or asking someone else to cook for you, you’ll need at least a low-level cooking skill to make anything meaningful for you Zoi.
Since the hunger need depletes regularly and Zois have specific preferences when it comes to food, it’s a good idea to practice this skill so you can make better meals in no time. After all, you can’t (happily) live on fast food forever.
How To Increase The Cooking Skill
Increasing the cooking skill is as easy as opening the fridge and browsing the meals available. You can cook any of them for a small amount of Meow, depending on the complexity.
At lower levels, breakfast and simple meals are available. As you grow your culinary talents, you can make cakes and other dishes to satisfy your appetite.
Watching Cooking Shows
In addition to cooking for yourself, Zois can also watch culinary shows on TV to gain inspiration and experience. While it’s not the same as preparing the dish yourself, it allows them to learn the basics without wasting money on food.
If you want to get extra experience without stuffing your Zoi day-in and day-out, the cooking channel is a good place to start. Have them watch it all day if you want–they’re sure to learn something!
How To Get More Ingredients
Some meals require fresh ingredients to cook, which you can either buy from the mobile app on your phone or you can grow yourself. The gardening skill is required for some crops, but as you grow basic plants like tomatoes, your skill will slowly increase over time.
It will take a few days for the plants to grow, but once they’re ready, you can harvest the produce yourself, earn a bit of Meow, and start cooking all new dishes in your kitchen.
