Westville is unlocked by leveling up your character and following the main quest.

The Pseudo you get right from the start is low-quality. This improves the further you progress in the game.

This will open up a new host of potential customers that can be accessed via the mobile phone. Here you’ll find a map that lays out which customers are connected to each other.

To unlock Shirley as a supplier, you’ll need to establish a friendly relationship with either Jerry Montero or Meg Cooley.

Aim for a friendly relationship with Jerry Montero as this will also unlock Molly Presley as a second dealer.

How To Increase Your Relationship

The easiest way to get Jerry Montero on your side and unlock Shirley Watts as a supplier is to sell him drugs. You don’t have to do this directly, however, so you can allocate him to one of your dealers so they regularly supply Jerry with what he’s after.

How To Order Pseudo From Shirley Watts

Once Jerry is your friend and has linked you up to Shirley, you’ll receive a text from her. All you have to do is order the Pseudo from her via text and then collect it from the dead drop – this location changes each time, but it will be marked on the map.

The bigger the order, the longer the wait time. You’ll also need to make sure you pay Shirley her cash via her drop box, otherwise you might start to find yourself in hot water.

You’ll get everything else you need to cook meth from the warehouse. You can only access this area once you’ve reached Hustler 5 rank. There you can speak to Oscar to buy acid, phosphorous, and the cook and prep station. Then you’ll have everything you need to start cooking.
