In the second season of Fire Force, a young boy named Nataku loses control, and his power begins to surge violently. After being manipulated by multiple sources, the eleven-year-old boy begins to crumble underneath the weight of expectations. Nataku was a victim of an Infernal Insect by Rekka in season one and was taken into the custody of Hajima Industries, experimented on, and became the sixth pillar. The stress and mental pressure placed on him by those in charge led his power to grow rapidly and uncontrollably. He then went on a rampage with enough power to destroy the entire city. Hajima Industries, the White Clad, and the fire soldiers all band together to subdue Nataku, but they can barely make a scratch. It takes the full strength and combined efforts of all the fighters in the area to bring Nataku down without killing him, and it results in some of the greatest moments of the season.

Tempe appeared as the leader of a group of Infernals who tried to detonate the power plant and destroy the great forest and themselves in the process. Ogun demonstrates his talent as a fire soldier and third-generation pyrokinetic. He attempts to overwhelm Tempe to buy time for Shinra to reinforce the team and reveals his ability to boost his physical abilities with his flames. At the same time, once Shinra arrives, he sues the full power of the Adola Burst to overwhelm Tempe completely. This sequence showcases not only Ogun’s skill but Shinra’s constant evolution.

While Shinra is still evolving as a fighter and learning to use his powers to their full potential, Charon is an iron wall who deflects, absorbs, and sends back every attack inflicted on him.

With both Sinra and Sho having addola bursts, their fight is a blinding exchange of powerful blows that defy physics. With their exchange growing so fearsome that they step outside of time, Shinra d Shou put a stamp on one of the best fights in the entire series.
