LoL Patch 25.07 – The yearly April Fools is around the corner
With the end of First Stand, the first international tournament, teams will now turn their eyes to the upcoming spring split and the mid-season invitational (MSI). For the player base, on the other hand, it also means it’s April Fool’s time, and Riot has come up with great concepts with plans to release a total of five skins.
Regarding champion changes, there are currently just a few leaked adjustments, one of them however being quite relevant to all levels of play: Yone will no longer be able to cleanse crowd controls after using the second cast of his E. This should add more counterplay to a champion that has been a strong pick for the majority of the season. Additionally, Riot should bring Leblanc’s visual update which is currently available on the PBE. Patch 25.07 Release Date
The official patch schedule for 2025 has been confirmed, and Patch 25.07 will be released on Apr. 2, 2025.

- Q now applies bonus attack damage to turrets. (only the base damage)
Yone
- Passive no longer deals reduced crit strike damage
- E no longer cleanses CC when returning to your body (still unstoppable during return, but will keep any CC duration after)
Yorick
- Q Ghoul damage to monsters reduced: 100% ⇒ 75%
