In the meantime, the original Monster Train is also available for PC, PlayStation, and Switch. Notably, a Nintendo Switch 2 version of Monster Train 2 wasn’t announced, even though the game will likely be released within weeks of Nintendo’s next-generation console. The Switch 2 is backward compatible, so even if Monster Train 2 doesn’t get a native release on the system, it will still be playable on it.
