Each time Henry levels up at a new skill, he gains a perkpoint for Perks relating to that skill, but players may often have to make tough choices over which KCD2 Perks to unlock. At a later date, players may come to regret their previous choices, or they may simply wish to try out a different build for Henry. Thankfully, there is a way to respec Perks in KCD2.
How To Reset Perks In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
To reset Henry’s Perks, he will need to drink a potion known as 
Lethean Water
. Players will then be able to reallocate perkpoints where they like.
Henry’s stats and skills are not reset, as these represent the progress he’s made over the course of a game.
As a rare item, there aren’t many ways to obtain Lethean Water, but it is much easier once players reach the Kuttenberg region as part of the main story.
Where To Get Lethean Water In KCD2
There is only one apothecary where Lethean Water can be bought, this being the one ever so slightly west of central Kuttenberg. It costs about 70 Groschen, but remember to haggle.
The only way to get Lethean Water in the Trosky region is from a wandering trader called Wenzel Torvart, but he doesn’t always have it in stock.
Alternatively, players can craft Lethean Water themselves via alchemy, but this will require the recipe and various ingredients.

How To Craft Lethean Water Via Alchemy

Recipe for Lethean Water
can be bought from the same apothecary in Kuttenberg, or players can get it for free by completing The Thunderstone side quest, which is started by talking with a woman called Kona in Grund.

To craft Leathean Water, use the following recipe:
- Add a base of Spiritus.
- Grind the Wormwood and add it to the cauldron.
- Add the Belladonna and boil for 3 turns.
- Add the Henbane and distill to finish.
