A Pokemon fan has shared a rarity they found out in the wild, stumbling across a Pikachu-themed car that’s impressed the community. This isn’t the first time a pop culture fan has discovered themed vehicles in the real world, ranging from Fallout Nuka-Cola motorcycles to stunning replicas of the Batmobile. Since Pokemon is such a beloved franchise, with an adorable pocket monster for everyone, it’s only natural fans look to integrate that passion into their mode of transport.
Since its debut with Nintendo’s video games for the Game Boy, the Pokemon empire has grown into a monster IP of its own, encompassing a trading card game, an ongoing anime, and enough merch to fill Mt. Moon ten times over. The love fans have for the IP shows no sign of slowing down in 2025, as the community continues to reminisce the franchise’s 90s nostalgia, including one Pokemon fan who shared their wife’s old trading card collection.

Pokemon Fan Spots Pikachu Car in Prague
Fans haven’t been this impressed by a themed automobile since one Pokemon fan got Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl to run on their car radio, and Redditors noted this particular find was a “true nerd car.” The original poster chimed in within the comments section, noting “If I won the lottery…there’d be signs,” which is something that crossed every Pokemon fan’s mind upon seeing the car. Another Redditor noted the car belongs to an IT developer and Pokemon fan, who included their Instagram page on the car as well.
Pikachu remains one of the favorite pocket monsters to grace the franchise, which justifies the electric mouse becoming the mascot of the IP. The Pokemon’s popularity is also showcased through a Special Illustration Rare Pikachu card selling for ridiculous prices online, proving the yellow bundle of joy is still very much sought after in the present day, and a go-to design for car detailing.
