The Best DPS Characters In Genshin Impact, Ranked
Genshin Impact has an ever-growing cast of characters, but not all of them can dish out serious damage. Here are the best DPS options, ranked.
However, her base kit has a few limitations, which, in turn, are fixed by her constellations. Since she will be added to the standard banner, players can get her constellations later on. If you are interested in pulling for Yumemizuki Mizuki, here’s a detailed guide that will help you build her appropriately.
Best Yumemizuki Mizuki Weapons
Yumemizuki Mizuki is a Catalyst user, and she primarily relies on the Elemental Mastery stat to boost her damage and healing. This means any Catalyst that can provide a lot of Elemental Mastery, either through substats or passive will work.
However, you should also look for some Energy Recharge so that you can use her ultimate ability much more frequently.
Name |
Rarity |
Synergy with Yumemizuki Mizuki |
---|---|---|
Sunny Morning Sleep-In |
Five star |
This is the best Catalyst for Yumemizuki Mizuki as it provides a lot of Elemental Mastery as a secondary stat that synergizes with her kit. Additionally, the weapon passive provides even more Elemental Mastery when using Swirl, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst, which maximizes Mizuki’s power as a unit. |
A Thousand Floating Dreams |
Five star |
This weapon also provides a lot of Elemental Mastery through its secondary stat. Apart from that, if the elemental type of the equipping character matches the elements of the rest of the party, the former receives a massive boost to Elemental Mastery up to a maximum of three times. This means you will need to have multiple Anemo characters in the party to make the most out of this weapon. However, even in the base state, it is incredibly good for Yumemizuki Mizuki. |
Sacrificial Fragments |
Four star |
If you are looking for an affordable optional, Sacrificial Fragments is a good 4-star choice for Yumemizuki Mizuki. It provides Elemental Mastery through its secondary stat while also refunding the cooldown of her Elemental Skill. |
Mappa Mare |
Four star |
This is a completely free-to-play option for Yumemizuki Mizuki. You receive Elemental Mastery from the secondary stat and a boost to her Elemental DMG. This weapon is decent, but you shouldn’t go for it unless you have no other option. |
Yumemizuki Mizuki feels quite clunky as a unit at Constellation zero and starts getting better at higher Constellations. This means if you are planning to build her, going for Constellation 2 or Constellation 4 will be worth it.
Best Yumemizuki Mizuki Artifacts
Since Yumemizuki Mizuki is an Anemo unit that relies on Swirl and Elemental Mastery, the choice of her artifact is quite simple. However, if you do not want to go for her best 4-pc set, you can also look for a 2-pc set and combine it with something else. Regardless of what you go for, make sure to keep a look at her substats.
Here are the best artifact choices for Yumemizuki Mizuki:
Viridescent Venerer (4-pc) |
Being an Anemo unit, this artifact set is the best one for Yumemizuki Mizuki. It provides Anemo DMG Bonus and also boosts Swirl DMG which synergizes with Mizuki’s kit. Additionally, it also reduces the RES of enemies, which comes in handy, especially in the Spiral abyss. |
---|---|
Noblesse Oblige (4-pc) |
Suppose you want to build Mizuki as an all-purpose support while using a second Anemo character who already uses the Viridescent Venerer. In that case, Noblesse Oblige is a good secondary choice. It provides a boost to Elemental Burst DMG while also increasing the ATK of the entire party. |
Wanderer’s Troupe (2-pc) and Gilded Dreams (2-pc) |
If you don’t have a good 4-pc Viridescent Venerer set, you can use a combination of Wanderer’s Troupe and Gilded Dreams for the time being. Both of these artifact sets provide Elemental Mastery as a 2-pc bonus and if you have good substats on them, they can be used until you farm the 4-pc set. |
Yumemizuki Mizuki Stat Priority
When it comes to stats, everything about Yumemizuki Mizuki revolves around Elemental Mastery, including both her damage and her heals. This is why, regardless of the artifact set you go for, try to push her Elemental Mastery as much as possible to maximize her kit.
Here are the best stats that you should go for when building Yumemizuki Mizuki:
Artifact Type |
Main Stat Priority |
Sub-stat Priority |
---|---|---|
Flower |
HP |
Elemental Mastery > Energy Recharge |
Feather |
ATK |
Elemental Mastery > Energy Recharge |
Sands |
Elemental Mastery |
Energy Recharge |
Circlet |
Elemental Mastery |
Energy Recharge |
Goblet |
Elemental Mastery |
Energy Recharge |
If you want, you can replace the Elemental Mastery on the Sands with Energy Recharge. However, it’s recommended you hit at least 900 Elemental Mastery, which won’t be possible with an Energy Recharge Sands unless you use the signature weapon.
Best Yumemizuki Mizuki Team Composition
When building teams for Yumemizuki Mizuki, you will be looking for units that can benefit from Swirl. Additionally, Mizuki performs best when used as an on-field driver, at least in Constellation zero. As such, any team where the characters can swap out after using their abilities and help Mizuki deal damage by Swirling all the elements will work.

Off-field Hydro applier |
Ayato will primarily function as the main source of Hydro as he will drop his ultimate ability and switch out. |
Ororon |

Fischl |
Off-field Electro applier |
Fischl strictly works as the off-field Electro applier while also dealing massive damage to the enemies. |
You can use Furina in the Electro-Charged team, but a lack of healer will hurt the squad since she can leech HP from all allies.
Freeze Team
Name |

On-field Driver |
Yumemizuki Mizuki can work as the on-field driver as she can enable Cryo and help trigger Freeze. |

Rosaria |
Cryo applier |
Rosaria has an amazing Cryo application and can also deal a lot of damage. She will help trigger the Freeze reaction. |
Diona |
Healer |
Since Furina can leech HP, Diona will be valuable in this team to keep the entire squad alive. |
You can also use Citlali in place of Rosaria who will help trigger freeze while also providing a shield that can protect Mizuki from getting knocked off.
Yumemizuki Mizuki Talent Priority
Since Yumemizuki Mizuki is a hybrid unit, you have to rely on both her ultimate ability as well as her Elemental Skill. This is because the Elemental Skill deals damage, while the ultimate provides heals or damage depending on whether the HP is below or above 70%.
However, in terms of priority, you should first level up her Elemental Skill and then follow it up with her Elemental Burst. You don’t need to level up her Basic ATK unless you really like the character.
