Monster Couch has announced that its cozy board puzzle title, Quilts and Cats of Calico, will launch on Android and iOS on March 11, 2025, priced at $9.99. Developed by Flatout Games, the title will be also available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Xbox One from February 11, 2025.

Quilts and Cats of Calico is a puzzle title set in a warm, cozy world full of adorable cats, based on the board game, Calico. In this game, you play as a quilter, whose main objective is to create a quilt from patterned fabric scraps. You earn points by completing designs, but you can also sew on buttons and attract adorable cats, by properly matching the colors and patterns of the scraps.
As a huge cat lover, I am especially excited about this game, where each cat has its unique preferences for bedding patterns. On top of that, this game’s world is also inspired by the iconic works of Studio Ghibli-two of my favorite things together, I am already hooked. Plus, in this world, cats hold significant power and influence over human lives.

You can climb the ranks in the city and face off against opponents who want to control both humans and cats. Along the way, you will also meet new friends and get help from cats, who are active during your games, running around the board and doing what cats do best.
I am already in love with Quilts & Cats of Calico, and it looks very promising with its beautiful visuals, cross-platform multiplayer, ranked matches, story mode campaign, classic gameplay scenarios, interaction with cats, create your cats and customize it, along with relaxing music composed by Pawel Górniak.
