In Palworld, you have to deploy multiple Pals inside your base to help you out and take care of certain tasks. As you level up, the number of Pals that you can deploy inside your base will increase, but so do their needs. If your Pals’ needs aren’t being met or if they’re working too hard, their SAN will drop, and they will refuse to work.

How To Get The Alpha Wave Generator
The Alpha Wave Generator can be unlocked from the Technology menu at level 41 for three Technology Points. After unlocking it, you can head over to the Infrastructure tab in the build menu to craft this structure with the following items:

40x Refined Ingot |
Refined Ingots can be crafted in an Improved Furnace. It takes 2x Ore and 2x Coal to get one Refined Ingot. Ore can be easily obtained at your base if you’ve set up the Ore Mining Site. For coal, you can find its deposits at the top of mountains or in the desert area, and they appear as large black rocks. |

20x Circuit Board |
You can craft the Circuit Board at any Production Assembly Line, using 4x Pure Quartz, and 2x Polymer. Polymer is crafted from High Quality Pal oil, which is often dropped by Relaxaurus. Pure Quartz deposits are usually located in colder regions. You’ll find these deposits as large black rocks covered in white crystal. |

30x Electric Organ |
Electric Organs can be obtained by defeating or capturing electric-type Pals. You can check the habitat of a few electric-type Pals and go there to kill them and collect the Electric Organs. |

20x Paldium Fragment |
You can convert regular stones into Paldium Fragments at a Crusher. If you’ve yet to build a Crusher, you can mine Paldium Fragments from the little blue rock chunks with the help of a pickaxe. |
How To Use The Alpha Wave Generator
The Alpha Wave Generator works automatically to reduce the rate at which the SAN of your Pals drops inside the base. It doesn’t require power, and you don’t have to assign any Pals to this structure. Simply place it inside the base and it will start working.
You can pair this structure with the Beta Wave Generator to improve the work speed of your Pals inside the base.
Unlike some other structures, you can place up to two Alpha Wave Generators for maximum efficiency. If you place more than two, it serves no purpose and will not improve the SAN levels of your Pals any further.
