Overwatch 2 Season 14 has arrived, bringing the newest hero to the roster, Hazard the tank. In addition to the new season, the Winter Wonderland event is also live, adding a variety of holiday themed skins to the shop, including the Happy Holly Mercy skin. Season 14 also marks the arrival of the Avatar: The Last Airbender crossover event, which adds a variety of themed skins and cosmetics on December 17.
The battle pass itself includes 80 tiers of free and premium rewards, including Mobster Hazard, Cozy Sojourn, Celestial Mei, and Odin Sigma. It also includes 80 Mythic Prisms, which can be used to get the newest Mythic skin, Thor Reinhardt, which has been added to the Mythic shop. The battle pass also has a smattering of other cosmetic rewards, like highlight intros, sprays, voice lines, and more. The premium version of the battle pass costs 1,000 Overwatch Coins ($10). There is also a bundle for $40, which includes the premium battle pass, 20 tier skips, 2,000 Overwatch Coins ($20), and two exclusive legendary skins, Dragon Hunter Pharah and Rose Majesty Mercy.
Season 14 also includes more limited-time modes, including another 6v6 event. This time it’s a 6v6 role Queue event, which will have players enjoy the modern, role-locked, version of Overwatch 2 with the original 6v6 format. That event runs from December 17 to January 6 as part of Blizzard’s ongoing testing of bringing back 6v6 from the original Overwatch, something fans have been demanding since Overwatch 2 made the switch to 5v5.
