Infinity Nikki: 8 Best Fresh Clothes
Fresh garden flowers and gingham patterns make for a lovely afternoon.
There are dozens of courses spread out across five different categories, and while it’s well worth working towards each of them to keep improving your Stylist Level, a handful are easier to finish than others if you’re looking for a hearty influx of rewards early in the game.
10 Unique Designs
Collect Rare Pieces By Upgrading The Heart Of Infinity
Though this takes a little bit more doing than some of the other Courses we’ve named in this list, Unique Designs is straightforward – spend your Whimstar collection to upgrade the branches of the Heart of Infinity, which rewards you with not only skill boosts, but with new sketches for rare clothing.
You may not be able to craft these pieces as soon as you get them, since some of them require some pretty advanced materials in their fabrication, but it’s always worth checking the Rare Pieces section of Nikki’s sketchbook often to see what you can make.
The pieces in the Rare Pieces collection are the cream of the crop when it comes to which stat they emphasize best, so if you’ve been passionately pursuing Stylist Battles, bringing Rare Pieces to the runway is all but a must.
9 Esseling Hunter
Defeat Various Monsters
Combat kind of seems like an afterthought in Infinity Nikki with so much else going on without it, but that doesn’t mean Nikki won’t have to fight – err, “purify” – her way through dungeons and enemy-infested areas in pursuit of hidden Whimstars or side quest progression.
Using the Wind of Purity outfit, Nikki is able to lob a glowing projectile at the various enemies around Miraland, referred to as Esselings, to take them out. The further you venture into dungeons or off the beaten path as you progress in the main story, the more likely it is you’ll enter some kind of combat. Each Esseling you handle ticks this counter up, so the more you take out, the better.
8 Keeping Up With Farumi
Groom Animals
With the Bye-Bye Dust outfits, one of the first you’ll actually need to work toward the fabrication of, Animal Grooming is one of the first abilities you learn in Infinity Nikki. Children in Florawish need what’s essentially dog fur to make string to hang their Wishes, so Nikki sets off to create the outfit and get to brushing.
After this, you’re able to equip the Animal Grooming outfit at will and interact with all kinds of different critters around Miraland to help them be as smooth as can be. Nikki gets to keep the brushings anytime she grooms an animal, and each animal you encounter has its own kind of brushing as a collectible in your inventory.
Animals are common in townships, with plenty of folks keeping pets (even if you find lots of them on the roofs of the city), but you’ll find other livestock out in the wilds as you venture through Miraland. Some require you to sneak up on them before you can brush them, but no matter how you do it, each animal you groom counts toward Keeping Up with Farumi.
7 Hello, Future Entomologist
Catch Insects
The Bug-Catching outfit created from the Afternoon Sunshine sketch is one of the more adorable in Infinity Nikki, but not only is it delightfully stylish, it also gives Nikki the ability to capture and keep insects she encounters throughout Miraland.

Plenty of these insects function as fabrication items as you create new clothing, and tracking how many bugs you’ve been catching with the Hello, Future Entomologist Course on your Peal-Pal is a great way to keep tabs on your skill. Anytime you’re outside a township, keep your eyes peeled for glistening bugs in the grasses and over water – you never know what you might need, and the experience in the Course is an added bonus.
6 I’m Looking Cool Today
Collect Cool Clothes
The very first Stylist Battle you’re made to do as part of the main story in Infinity Nikki is against Kadru from the Ebony Scissors, when you find the Stylist Faction bothering some friends of Nonoy’s. If you want to get them to go away and stop trying to steal everyone’s sketches for their own, you’ll need to beat Kadru in a Stylist Battle.
If the slick suits and flashy fashions weren’t enough of a clue, the Ebony Scissors are keen on Cool clothing, but thankfully, you meet them right after fabricating the Rippling Serenity sketch, which is just Cool enough to get Kadru off your group’s backs.
Trying to finish handling the folks in the Ebony Scissors, the first and most straight-forward of the Stylist Factions you’ll meet across Miraland? You’ll need even Cooler clothes to do so, so be sure to visit Marques Boutique often to see what’s in stock. You’ll get points toward the I’m Looking Cool Today course for each piece you buy with the highest points in their Cool stats.
5 Cute Sweetheart, Shining Debut!
Collect Sweet Clothes
We’re not totally sure how, but it seems like most of the clothes and accessories you find or purchase in the earliest hours of Infinity Nikki are Sweet (and it makes sense – these outfits are adorable!). Thankfully, each Sweet piece you unlock counts toward the Cute Sweetheart, Shining Debut! Course on your Pear-Pal, so it helps to stock up.
Not only will you find plenty of Sweet clothing to buy, but a few of your ability outfits that you unlock through story progression are Sweet by default. The Bubbly Voyage, Afternoon Sunshine, and Bye-Bye Dust outfits each have Sweet scores in the thousands when worn cohesively, which means that’s plenty of Sweet clothing pieces you’ll receive by default that count toward the Course.
4 Collect As You Go!
Collect Plants
We already sung the praises of collecting a wide assortment of resources as you first make your way through Miraland, but Infinity Nikki thinks it’s a good idea, too, since there’s a whole Course dedicated to your inventory collection! The Collect as You Go! Course keeps track of how much stuff Nikki has grabbed so far, and thankfully, she’ll always be grabbing a lot.

Look your best and dress for success with Elegant clothing!
Since these naturally occurring resources you come across as you venture through Miraland often make for great materials in fabricating new outfits, it’s always a good idea to grab whatever you can find. Fields of grass alongside pathways between settlements are rife with plant life, and plenty of the abandoned structures you stumble upon have been overtaken by Mother Nature, too. Grab whatever you can, and then grab the rewards for progressing in the Course.
3 A Set Of Design Sketches
Collect Sketches
In a game as focused on dressing up with the best fashions as Infinity Nikki, it’s no surprise there’s a dedicated Course for bulking up Nikki’s sketchbook. As you progress through the story, Nikki will naturally find inspiration for some pretty incredible sketches, but you’ll receive sketches from friends, unlock them from the Heart of Infinity, find them in treasure chests, and more.
And thankfully, your Pear-Pal is there to keep track of how many different sketches Nikki has found so far in your game. There’s a separate counter for actually making the clothing and accessories in the sketches, but the A Set of Design Sketches Course focuses specifically on logging the sketches themselves. The more items you find, the better you do in this Course even before you’ve made anything!
2 Walking The Wishful Lands
Activate Warp Spires
Miraland is a massive land, with plenty of unique towns and settlements to explore throughout. And as cool as it is that the world is this large and fun to explore, it makes backtracking kind of a pain. Thankfully, in plenty of key locations all around the map, you’ll find Warp Spires for Nikki to activate.
Not only do you get some experience and rewards from each Warp Spire you activate, but the Walking the Wishful Lands Course tracks how many of them you’ve activated on your adventure and rewards you accordingly. Bonus experience, easy completion requirements, and easier travel later when you want to explore the map a bit? A triple threat!
1 Heartbeat Of Infinity
Collect Whimstars
Without question, Whimstars are at the very heart of the gameplay in Infinity Nikki. Momo alerts you anytime one is nearby and is more than happy to keep a waypoint on any of them for when you’re ready to go collect it. When you arrive, sometimes, you’ll simply receive the Whimstar for reaching the location, but other times, you’ll need to earn it.
That can look like a lot of things: going fishing, solving puzzles, doing tricky platforming sections, finding star shapes hidden within a marked area, and more. No matter how you have to get them, though, collecting Whimstars is how Nikki is able to level up the Heart of Infinity, unlocking new outfits and improving her various abilities.
Thankfully, the Heartbeat of Infinity Course in your Pear-Pal tracks how many of these Whimstars you’ve collected so far, and you’ll earn oodles of experience for each milestone you hit along the Course progression.
