To promote the launch of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Microsoft has partnered with IHOP to create an Indiana Jones-themed breakfast menu and a custom Xbox themed around pancakes.
Starting November 18, people who dine at IHOP will find an Indiana Jones-themed menu that includes items like the “Fully Loaded French Toast” and drinks like “Explorer’s Caramel Apple Butter Hot Chocolate” and the “Long-Lost Cookie Butter Milkshake.” It’s not clear what any of these things have to do with Indiana Jones or Xbox, but the food looks delicious.
People who join IHOP’s International Bank of Pancakes program can upload their receipt to earn “PanCoins” that can be redeemed for Xbox prizes like game downloads, merch, accessories, and Game Pass memberships. Some of the rewards will be revealed during an IHOP/Xbox livestream on November 18 through the Xbox Twitch and Xbox YouTube channels.
Among the prizes is limited-edition collectible drinkware inspired by ’80s nostalgia, to fit with the Indiana Jones vibe. The glasses feature art designed by artist Matt Taylor from Xbox and feature images and iconography from Indiana Jones, Halo Infinite, Sea of Thieves, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Another item that pancake-eaters can win is a custom IHOP-themed Xbox Series X, adored with the restaurant’s trademark colors and syrup-drip imagery.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launches on December 9 for Xbox Series X|S and PC, and it’ll be available at launch through Xbox Game Pass. The game will come to PS5 in early 2025.
