Rockstar Games normally introduces new content to GTA Online every week to keep the experience fresh. The January 4 update included a new Diamond Casino Podium Reward vehicle, new discounts, GTA $, and RP bonuses.
Devs also introduced a new Prize Ride vehicle this week. The Declasse Tulip will be available for free to GTA Online players. All you have to do is complete the new LS Car Meet challenge that was added in the latest GTA Online update.

How to unlock free Declasse Tulip in GTA Online
To unlock the Declasse Tulip for free in Rockstar’s GTA Online, you must finish in the top three of the LS Car Meet Series races for three days in a row. Once this GTA Online Prize Ride Challenge is completed, the vehicle will become available to you.
The Declasse Tulip is described as a 4-door hardtop muscle car that cost $718.000 in Southern San Andreas Super Autos when it was available. If you can prove your racing skills are up to the task, you’ll get it for free and have the chance to try this legendary car.
