- You can open just two Ultra Boxes this season, each offering Legendary and Hypercharge skins.
- You can activate Sugar Rush to earn extra Candies from Boss fights and Trophy modes.
- The event brings six new bosses that get stronger and gain new abilities each time you defeat them.
Brawl-O-ween has made its return in Brawl Stars, bringing along the new Trick or Treat event, which is live until October 27. This event comes with special Trick Boxes, known as Pumpkin Boxes and Treat Boxes, letting you unlock both old and new Brawl-O-ween skins, and other rewards. In this guide, I’ll cover everything you need to know, from how to collect candies, what rewards are available and more. So, let’s dive in!
Brawl Stars Trick or Treat event: Overview
The Trick or Treat event is now live in Brawl Stars, letting you collect Candies that you can use to unlock rewards. With these Candies, you can open the new Trick Box, which includes both new and old Brawl-O-ween skins, cosmetics, progression items, Starr Powers, Gadgets, Hypercharges, and even Brawler.
Besides this, you can also trade Candies for the Treat Box, which is basically a Trophy Box, and you can even upgrade it to Ultra. For this, only the Ultra version is worth it, as it offers the chance to unlock Legendary and Hypercharge skins. That said, you can only open the Ultra Boxes twice during the season.

How to get Candies in the Trick or Treat event
Now, I’m sure you must be wondering how to collect plenty of Candies in the game, especially with so many rewards that are too hard to miss. The easiest method is through daily wins, so make sure to win them, as you can earn 21 Candies daily, and you can also earn 50 Candies from Quests.
Another way is by defeating the new Brawl-O-ween Bosses, each with unique mechanics that get more challenging as you win. You earn 8 Candies for clearing each level, including Normal, Hard, Expert, Master, Insane, and Impossible.
- Plague Doctor Crow: Has high mobility and deals poison damage.
- The Headless Tickman: Summons multiple tick heads that chase you.
- Caretta Spike: Attacks from long range, but you can dodge them with practice.
- Kizu Kenji: The ghost of Oni Kenji returns, and you’ve to defeat him once again.
- Gargoyle R-T: This one’s almost like a fortress and challenging.
- Ghost Diver Rico: Thanks to him, you can now enjoy a full-on bullet hell experience in-game.
On top of that, you can activate Sugar Rush for a big bonus, letting you collect more Candies from Boss fights and Trophy modes. But it only lasts 10 minutes and isn’t always available. Now, if you Brawl-O-ween skins, open Trick Boxes, and for Legendary or Hypercharge skins, go for the Ultra Boxes.
