The Sanctum of Prophecy in Janusopolis is one of two new areas introduced in Version 3.1 of Honkai: Star Rail. Players first explore this area while uncovering the past of Tribios, the Holy Maiden of Janusopolis, and the first Chrysos Heir to become a demigod. The Sanctum of Prophecy is filled with new chests, puzzles, and exploration mechanics, including several new Nymphs for players to locate.
As with previous areas in Amphoreus, a Garmentmaker will reward players who collect all the Nymphs in the area with a prophecy that leads to a hidden chest and an achievement. Here are all 10 Nymph locations in the Sanctum of Prophecy in Honkai: Star Rail.

All Nymph Locations in “Sanctum of Prophecy” Janusopolis
Location #1
It is recommended that players complete the mission Passage, Reveal the Past Once More, the final part of the 13th Trailblaze Mission, Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne. This mission not only takes players to the Sanctum of Prophecy but also helps players to unlock the rest of the area, allowing easier access to the Nymphs.
The first Nymph can be seen hanging off the edge of the same platform as the northernmost Space Anchor, Theophany Altar.
Location #2
The second Nymph is located in the Archive of Prophecies. If players haven’t unlocked the Space Anchor here, they should head up the stairs from the previous location, turn left (east on the map), and use Janus’ Hidden Passage. Once inside, the Nymph can be found on the ground near a group of four NPCs on the middle level of the west side.
Location #3
The third Nymph is in the Holy Maiden’s Room beneath the Archive of Prophecies, where Tribios stayed as a child. The staircase leading underground is directly in front of the Space Anchor and is unlocked during the mission Passage, Reveal the Past Once More. Once inside, players can find the Nymph on the table opposite of a Fragment of Recollection.
Location #4
The fourth Nymph is located near the Hidden Passage of Contemplation Space Anchor, just outside the multidimensional room. Players without this anchor point must travel west through the hidden passage from the Holy Maiden’s room and take an elevator up. Just outside the Space Anchor room, the Nymph can be seen sitting on the wall.
Location #5
The next Nymph is located on the second floor of the same multidimensional room as the previous one. First-time visitors should head downstairs from the fourth Nymph’s location and use the Tome of Miracles to swap to Evernight, clearing the boxes at the bottom of the stairs. Then, go right to reach the Miracle Orb on the opposite side. Activating the orb will unblock the left-side staircase, allowing access to the second floor.
Once players are on the second floor, head to the Tome of Miracles to turn back to Dawn to safely cross the gap. The Nymph can be seen sitting on a chair next to the second set of doors.

Location #6
For the sixth Nymph, players can either teleport to Destiny’s Gate Space Anchor north of the bridge or Worshiper’s Footpath south of the bridge. if neither is unlocked, simply leave through one of the doors near the fifth Nymph. Take either of the elevators marked on the map to descend to the lower platform (B2). The sixth nymph can be found situated in the middle of the B2 level, next to a Golden Scapegoat trapped in a box.
Location #7
The next Nymph will require players to use the Hand of Zagreus near the sixth Nymph. After activating the hand, head directly west of the control module, and the seventh Nymph can be seen sitting on the edge of the mid-section of the bridge.
Location #8
Teleport to the Worshiper’s Footpath Space Anchor south of the bridge and enter the multidimensional room just south of it. Once inside, head to the door on the right and go up to the second floor. Proceed to the other side and the eighth Nymph can be seen sitting on top of a green drape.
Location #9
The ninth Nymph is located right next to the Calyx (Golden): Bud of Memories, which is just south of the room where the eighth Nymph was located. For players without this Calyx unlocked, simply head back downstairs from the eighth Nymph and take the left path instead of the right to leave the area.
Location #10
The final Nymph of Sanctum of Prophecy is located in the Janus Vault, at the very south end of the map. Players without the Space Anchor will need to go through the fairly straightforward multidimensional room on the east side to reach this room. The tenth Nymph can be seen sitting on the bottom of the left banner at the end of the room.
After collecting all 10 Nymphs, the Garmentmaker will send a text requesting a meeting. The Garmentmaker can be found north of the bridge, next to the Destiny’s Gate Space Anchor. Players will be given a Portentous Goldwoven prophecy, which hints at a puzzle underneath the bridge.
Chirping Secret: Law of Passage (Hidden Achievement)
To solve the puzzle, players must use the Hand of Zagreus to navigate through the holes under the bridge in a specific order. Each hole represents a number, and players must input the first few digits of Pi (3.141596). Since there is no ninth hole, any hole can be used as ‘9’. The direction of entry doesn’t matter as long as the sequence remains intact. Solving the puzzle will reward players with the hidden achievement, Chirping Secret: Law of Passage, under Fathom the Unfathomable. A chest will also be rewarded at the Garmentmaker’s location, which contains Anthem Slate from the Sacred Ground I and II.
