One Piece Collab with LA Lakers

Collab for Game Night on the 28th of February

Recently, it was revealed that there will be a major collab between the LA Lakers, a professional basketball team, and One Piece, the biggest manga series in the world.

This collab is for a game night which will be taking place very soon, on February 28, 2025, where fans will see the LA Lakers face the Clippers. The venue for the game is the Crypto.com arena.

This game will be One Piece-themed, and it’s been revealed that a lot of exciting events are there for the fans of the story to look forward to. For one, they will feature a new animation of Luffy and the crew playing basketball, but this isn’t the only thing they have in store.

Every single Straw Hat pirate will be featured in a special visual inspired by the LA Lakers. This visual can already be seen here. The Straw Hats are dressed up as the LA Lakers team.

That aside, anyone attending the game will be able to receive an exclusive t-shirt for this collab. The t-shirt features Luffy as an LA Lakers player. Attending fans will also be receiving a poster with the new visual.

Surprisingly enough, it doesn’t end here for fans attending. There will also be a One Piece-themed Photo Booth for fans to use. And finally, fans who get randomly selected can even win more prizes when attending. This will be via special One Piece on-court games.

Overall, One Piece fans who are able to attend should definitely do so, as this sounds like a fun night and the perfect occasion to collect exclusive merch. This is a legendary night for One Piece, and rightly so.
