EA Sports has officially announced the return of the popular Fantasy FC promo in EA Sports FC 25, introducing a fresh lineup of players from various European teams to enhance the variety and alter the game’s meta. These players will receive upgrades based on their real-world performance metrics, such as goals scored or clean sheets (for goalkeepers).

However, the FC 25 edition will feature some adjustments to increase upgrade opportunities beyond just the player’s stat results. With that in mind, here’s everything you need to know about the Fantasy FC promo in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team, including a full list of cards and details on how the upgrades work.

All Fantasy FC Cards in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team

The Fantasy FC promo in EA Sports FC 25 introduces 24 new players to Team 1, with ratings ranging from 88 to 93. However, all their stats are subject to upgrades based on their real-life performance or team for players who are retired, including match results and individual achievements. This lineup includes both Heroes and standard Fantasy FC cards, featuring a mix of football legends and current stars.

The Fantasy FC upgrades enhance promo player cards based on real-world performance metrics. This includes rating boosts for key stats like goals scored and clean sheets, along with a new sportsmanship factor, where avoiding yellow or red cards can lead to additional upgrades. Player tracking begins as soon as the Fantasy FC promo becomes available in Ultimate Team, which started on February 21.

The more consistently these featured players and their clubs perform each week, the greater the upgrades they’ll receive in Ultimate Team. The Fantasy Heroes will earn upgrades based on the performances of their historical clubs in upcoming domestic league matches.

Check out every upgrade Fantasy FC players and Fantasy Heros can earn:

• Club wins 2 games in next 4 league matches
  • Receives +1 OVR rating upgrade and new Role++.
• Club scores 10 goals in next 4 league matches
  • One face attribute from their card will be boosted to 99.
• GKs, Defenders & CDMs only (excluding Heroes) achieve 1 Clean Sheet in next 4 league matches (concedes 0 goals and the player has played for at least 60 minutes)
  • Recieve a second PlayStyle+ and a regular PlayStyle. If the player already has 2 PlayStyle+, they will instead receive two base PlayStyles.
• Attackers and Midfielders (excluding CDMs and Heroes) ​achieve 1 Goal or Assists in next 4 league matches
  • Receive a second PlayStyle+ and a base PlayStyle. If the player already has 2 PlayStyle+, they will instead receive two base PlayStyles.
• Player receives zero yellow or red cards in next 4 league matches (excluding Heroes)
  • Receive +1 OVR rating and either Skill Move or Weak Foot boosted to 5*.

Additionally, players will also have a seasonal objective for the domestic league and cup, awarding extra improvements if the team wins the title.

• Seasonal Upgrades
  • Player’s team wins primary domestic cup: Player receives a third PlayStyle+ and one face attribute from their card will be boosted to 99. If the player already has 3 PlayStyle+, they will instead receive one base PlayStyle.
    • England – FA Cup (Men and Women)
    • Germany – DFB Pokal (Men and Women)
    • France – Coupe de France (Men and Women)
    • Spain – Copa del Rey (Men), Copa de la Reina (Women)
    • Italy – Coppa Italia
  • Player’s team wins domestic league: Player receives a +1 OVR rating and a third PlayStyle++. If the player already has 3 PlayStyle+, they will instead receive one base PlayStyle.
