There are already several Fortnite Iron Man skins in the metaverse. He was the main attraction on the Chapter 2 Season 4 battle pass, but Epic Games didn’t let the character go then.
Since it can’t come back even though battle passes aren’t exclusive anymore, the Marvel character was given a new variant in the Item Shop during Chapter 5 Season 4. Now, according to leaks, another skin is on the way for the character. This time, it’ll have a reference to the MCU and the actor who plays him, Robert Downey Jr.

Fortnite Iron Man Skin Will Have Doom Variant
According to leaks, a brand-new skin for the popular Marvel character is in the works. Per HYPEX, ShiinaBR, and others, it will have four different styles. It’s not uncommon for skins these days to be given several edit styles. One of them will be in Doctor Doom’s colors.
Doctor Doom and Iron Man are ordinarily not related. In Marvel Comics, one is a supervillain, and the other is a hero. There’s no connection. In the MCU, however, there is likely going to be. Whenever Doom does arrive in later Marvel films, he’s set to be played by Robert Downey Jr.
Of course, that’s the actor who popularized Iron Man. He was Tony Stark, and now he’ll be Victor von Doom. It’s unclear yet narratively how that will be, but it’s been announced. Fortnite is paying homage to that by adding a style in Doom’s colors. Other than the actor, there’s no connection and therefore no reason for Epic Games to include this.
The leak states that this skin is supposed to come out during this update. The game is being updated for Fortnite OG Season 2, so that means you can expect the skin to arrive in the Item Shop sooner rather than later. It is a leak, though, so take this with a grain of salt. The skin will probably cost 1,500 V-Bucks and have a bundle of cosmetics as well.
