PUBG Mobile version 3.6 update introduced a brand-new theme mode called Sacred Quartet where you can gain supernatural powers to transform yourself into a whole new form. This new mode will provide you with an experience of superpowers and a mystical vibe in the battlegrounds.
To help you do better, here are all the basic tips and tricks to conquer the battlefields of PUBG Sacred Quartet mode. We will also shortlist all the features which make this mode interesting. The Sacred Quartet mode has been introduced in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), the India-exclusive version of PUBG Mobile as well.
PUBG Mobile Sacred Quartet mode: Overview
The Sacred Quartet theme mode is one of the most exciting additions to Version 3.6. This mode is based on all the special powers and features that will make this mode a lot more engaging. The main attraction of this mode is the return of the floating Nimbus Island.
The name of this island is Elemental Mastery Pavilion. Get ready for a fiery early-game gunfight with other players. There will be other players too. Upon first entering the themed location, you will receive a respawn card automatically. Like previous themed modes, you will not get an extra recall card after clearing the entire themed location.
You will also get other exclusive items and utilities from this location. After a long time, we will get a theme mode special challenge. By completing that challenge in the classic mode, we can get an exclusive title. The land has been enveloped by the powers of the Four Guardians. Through your cultivation journey, you will run into various encounters and challenges.
In this version, you will be venturing into a realm teeming with elemental power left behind by sacred beasts of old. At the start of each match, you and your teammates will get to select one of the four elemental powers. This power will continue with you till the end of the match. Each power has different perks. We will talk about these powers soon.
List of new features in PUBG Mobile Sacred Quartet mode that make it fun
Sacred Quartet’s many cool and interesting features can give the players an upper hand in the battleground. In this section, we will discuss the new features and additions of the Sacred Quartet theme mode.
1. Elemental Powers
There are a total of four elemental powers. You will have to select one at the spawn island. Every power is discussed in detail below:
Flaming Phoenix
- Phoenix Flames: After activating the skill, a phoenix can be summoned that surges forward and creates a ring of fire at the landing point, dealing continuous damage.
- Phoenix Star: After activating the skill, you can perform high jumps to reach areas that you cannot by doing regular jumps.
Aqua Dragon
- Generating a Water Barrier: Tap the skill button to summon a water barrier. The barrier blocks the enemy’s view, but players, vehicles, throwables, and bullets can pass through it. Enemy players that pass through it will be slowed, and bullets that pass through it deal reduced damage.
- Controlling the Water Barrier: You can control and move the water barrier. Even when switching out of controlling the water barrier, the barrier will not disappear.
Whirlwind Tiger
- Windborne Rush: Activate the skill to jump onto a cloud and dash forward. You can change the direction of this cloud.
- White Tiger Shield: It generates a shield that blocks damage from the front while the skill is active.
Naturespirit Deer
- Naturespirit Deer: Tap the skill button to summon and control a deer spirit. The deer spirit can move freely and away from you. Switch freely between the deer and the player character. The deer will not disappear.
- Deer Spirit Characteristics: When you are controlling the deer spirit, tap teleport to move to it. It disappears when you teleport to it. When you are controlling the deer spirit, tap the attack button and it will dash forward, knocking back players it collides with and temporarily marking them. However, the deer disappears when it marks a player nearby.
2. Elemental Mastery Pavilion
This is the place where Sect disciples of the four factions trained. You will find various elemental devices and a Cultivation Chamber. Pass the trials in the Cultivation Chamber to gain secret treasures. You may take a stroll in the Serene Bamboo Forest nearby and try feeding a panda there to tame it to turn it into a vehicle.
3. New Live Vehicle: Panda
The Panda is a two-seater animal-vehicle with two forms. You can use firearms in their basic form, while it is more defensive in their rolling form, and are also faster. After taking a certain amount of damage in its rolling form, it will switch back to its basic form.
4. Four Guardians Sect
You can find the Spirit Gate to travel to an area filled with even greater riches: the Four Guardians Sect. Approach the area at the base of the mountain where elemental forces converge to enter the Four Guardians Sect. This is a cultivation sanctum that sits among the clouds, where traces of various elements are gathered and elemental devices lay scattered.
5. Special Location Devices
- Fire Stones: Fire Stones grant a speed buff, and after picking one up, you can press the crouch button while sprinting to slide.
- Water Geysers: These geysers will launch you up high to descend gradually. You can press jump to cancel the effect.
- Wood Vines: You can use Wood Vines to climb up for a better vantage point.
6. Spirit AirDrop
Be sure to prepare to fight for a Spirit AirDrop. Keep an eye on the mini-map look for a countdown announcement and fight for high-quality supplies.
7. Spirit Collecting Bell challenge
Some time into a match, its location will be displayed on the map. You can ring the Spirit Collecting Bell and it will start charging up. Keep ringing it to charge it up faster and have it drop supplies. Whoever successfully activates it gets to open the crate.
8. Spring Festival
The Spring Festival is nearly upon us, so be sure to join in the festivities as you cultivate to get awesome rewards. During the Spring Festival event, complete card-collecting missions to get rewards. Get a special card to unlock an exclusive reward.
At the same time, hop into a match during this period to pick up Dumplings. You can eat them to recover all your Health and Energy. You can also open-air drop crates in the themed area to trigger a Year of the Snake fireworks performance.
9. Lion Dance and Prosperity Toss
You may also enjoy a Lion Dance at the Mystic Enclave. You may also have a Prosperity Toss with your friends to get lots of shop tokens.
10. Welding Gun
This new utility item is the latest addition to the game. You can use it to repair damaged vehicles. It can recover a vehicle with even 5% health and four flat tires.
We also have several updates regarding the Metro Royal mode, which features the Sacred Quartet mode items. World of Wonder mode also has new features where you can add breakable objects like walls, roofs, etc. in the maps.
