The trend of PC and Console hits heading to mobile continues as we have yet another announcement to share. If you’re a fan of immersive squad-based combat, this is exciting news as Enlisted will be launching on mobile, China looks to be the first to get a taste of the small-screen gameplay as it has opened pre-registration, with a first beta test scheduled this year.
Enlisted features massive World War II-themed battles
Released in 2021 for PC and Consoles, Enlisted is a World War II-themed tactical FPS where you command infantry squads, tanks, and aircraft in massive battles where over 100 units clash. Developed by Darkflow Software and published by Gaijin Entertainment, it’s a game that pays close attention to historical details, from the weapons and vehicles to the atmosphere of its large-scale World War II settings.
The game has a variety of classes like snipers, engineers, and medics, each with unique roles that can really make a difference in battles. One of the coolest features is how you can control your squad, either giving commands to the AI or switching between squad members. It also has some pretty exciting game modes like Conquest, Invasion, and Assault.
From the Chinese store page, I’ve read that the mobile version is designed to retain this authenticity, and the videos also look to suggest the same. Also, expect it to bring customization options to mobile. As mentioned before, Enlisted pre-registration is already open in China, which you can follow here, and the first beta test is set to begin on March 10, 2025, the complete details aren’t out yet.
It is common to see a mobile title make it to the global release once it is released in China and similar can be expected with Enlisted too. I don’t have any details or rumours surrounding the global mobile release, but once it arrives, I’ll be updating this space.
