Happy holidays from the folks at Monopoly Go today as we roll this Christmas train full steam ahead into a partners event for the season, Gingerbread Partners! Between 7:30AM EST on December 24 and 3PM EST on December 29, you and four friends can team up to win some cool prizes.

Choose Partners And Collect Tokens From Other Events

Before you can participate in the Gingerbread Partners event this year in Monopoly Go, you’ll need to first choose four other players as your partners for the duration of the event. Once you’ve accepted an invitation, you don’t seem to be able to swap partners, so it’s wise to partner with your most active friends to ensure you’re not the only one playing this event.

As soon as your first partner accepts your invitation, you can click into the Gingerbread Partners board in the middle of your current Monopoly Go game board to begin spinning a roulette wheel to earn points toward that partnership’s total for the event. Your partnerships operate independently of one another, so you’ll need to be sure to help out all four friends if you’d like to earn the rewards.

To spin the wheel, you’ll first need to earn Gingerbread Partners tokens elsewhere in Monopoly Go. You can do this by:

Playing along with the daily leaderboard tournaments, which will happen quite frequently during Gingerbread Partners and offer a steady stream of free Gingerbread Partners tokens as milestone rewards.
Participating in the less frequent but generally more giving center banner events, displayed just below your current cash total. These have more milestones, but they run for longer durations and tend to offer more Gingerbread Partners tokens overall.
Collecting your reward in the in-game store that refreshes every eight hours and includes free Gingerbread Partners tokens for the duration of the event.
Receiving them from partners when your partner lands on one of the wheel segments that immediately sends you the number of Gingerbread Partners tokens they used on that spin, which you can use on any of the four partnerships – it’s not exclusive to the person who sent it.
Finishing your daily quick win goals every day, which refresh at 8AM EST and offer three simple tasks that reward you with a number of prizes, including but not limited to Gingerbread Partners tokens.

Spin Your Roulette Wheel To Earn Points Toward All Four Partnerships

With five days to complete four full builds with your partners, we’ve got our work cut out for us if we want the top prizes in Gingerbread Partners this year in Monopoly Go! Once you’ve got a good number of Gingerbread Partners tokens built up, it’s time to spin your roulette wheel to start earning points, so choose a partner and get to work!

There aren’t any bonus spin tiles on this month’s partner wheels, but you’ll find two golden tiles that offer the highest number of points relative to the multiplier you’re using on that spin. These offer massive lump sum point additions, so they’re always a treat! Other than those, though, there’s not many particularly special tiles on the Gingerbread Partners roulette wheel.

As you spin the wheel on all four of the roulette wheels you’re working on with friends, you’ll find five building milestones per partnership. You earn milestone rewards for hitting them, with each milestone available for each partnership, but you’ll need to fully complete all four builds to earn the grand prize for Gingerbread Partners.
