While battle content continues to be a core fixture in Final Fantasy 14, crafting and gathering also comprise a large niche of the player community, not to mention a very lucrative niche. Since its introduction alongside traditional combat classes in A Realm Reborn, the game continues to thrive thanks in good part to its crafting medium and the player-fueled marketplace that comes with it. With each new content expansion in Final Fantasy 14, new ways to enjoy and make practical use of crafting and gathering in the game have continued to expand in turn.
One of the most popular and accessible ways is Custom Deliveries, and Dawntrail continues the tradition over in Tural with Nitowikwe’s Custom Delivery questline. For those looking to meet up and do business with this Shaaloani-based Hrothgar, you’ll need to know what she has in store for the Warrior of Light.

How to Do Nitowikwe Custom Deliveries in Final Fantasy 14
Final Fantasy 14 features a series of custom delivery questlines for players to embark on throughout their adventures in the game, and the content released in Patch 7.15 introduces Nitowikwe as the first patron for custom deliveries in Dawntrail. To be able to start the questline, you must have the following pre-requisites fulfilled:
- A crafting (Disciple of the Hand) or gathering (Disciple of the Land) class at Level 90 or higher
- Complete the Dawntrail Main Scenario Quest “The Warmth of Family” and the Level 60 sidequest “Go West, Craftsman” (located in Mor Dhona)
When you have your desired class ready to start, first head to Tuliyollal and look for the Railroad Employee NPC standing just down the stairs from the main aetheryte at (X:14.1, Y:12.1). Speak to them to start the Level 90 “Laying New Tracks” quest, which will take you to the deserts of Shaaloani. Once there, meet with a Hrothgar named Wawlika who appears to be in a heated conversation with Nitowikwe about the state of the region’s up-and-coming railroad system. Long story short, they’ve fallen short on the supplies and labor needed to continue expanding Shaaloani’s railway line, and your Warrior of Light is obviously just the person to help.
Continue the quest and Nitowikwe will introduce you to the two vendors you’ll be visiting often during your weekly deliveries, which function the same as all other custom delivery questlines in the game. Once the quest is complete, custom deliveries with Nitowikwe will officially be unlocked for your character, and you can start crafting and gathering her requests immediately.
Bear in mind that you can only make up to 6 deliveries per week to her, and the allowance will reset each week on Tuesday per tradition. You also aren’t required to stick to one specific crafting or gathering class for this endeavor, rather you can interchange as often as you like. That’s even encouraged as custom deliveries in Final Fantasy 14 are also a very reliable and easy way to level your DoH and DoL classes quickly.
As you consistently make deliveries each week, Nitowikwe’s Satisfaction Rating with you will increase, and there are five ranks you can reach via your contributions. At the maximum rank, you can obtain a new Western gunslinger-themed outfit, seen above. So if that’s your particular style of glamour, better break out those crafting or gathering tools and get to work.
