Nah. I’m on act 3, level 40 and I haven’t felt the need to redo anything in order to progress so far. I’m sure it’ll happen at some point in the end game but so far it’s been fine. I can understand why some might feel that way though. The bosses are difficult–it is an option to make it easier via leveling/upgrading(grinding) beyond the recommended level for it
