How to Solve the Bulls of Blood Mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

Players will encounter the Bulls of Blood mystery in the Courtyard of the Angel area of Castel Sant’Angelo in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. It’s right before players get into the Pasetto di Borgo, right before meeting up with Antonio.

The mystery begins as soon as players pick up the Russo’s Note from a desk in the room right of the courtyard. It says that the Janitor was assigned to clean the passage next to the fireplace, which is also our first clue. The second, and more obvious, clue comes from the Angel Courtyard Map found in the connecting room with paintings. It points to a specific spot in the room where the secret passage is located.

Here’s how players will solve this mystery.

Open up your map and figure out the exact location of the passage in the room where you’ve found the Angel Courtyard Map. It’s on the right side of the fireplace, right between the 2 paintings of bulls.
To open up the passage, players will need to rotate each painting of the bulls. Doing so will bring the red/brownish bull on the top and the white one on the bottom in both of the paintings.
Once this happens, a secret passage will open up, marking the mystery as complete.

Now players can grab whatever items there are in the passage and move up the corridor, opening another passage to exit to the balcony. This is a great way to bypass finding the Captain’s key to unlock the barred door. Now you can head over to the Pasetto di Borgo directly from here.
