Every Interesting Point Of Interest Added In Fortnite Chapter 6

Fortnite brings a new map with each new Chapter to refresh the battle royale experience with new locations, NPCs, and game mechanics. Chapter 6 is no exception, and players can explore many colorful places inspired by Japan and its culture.

Of course, you can also check some wild places and POIs that might add some details to Fortnite’s lore and the story that started unfolding with Chapter 5. The good thing is there’s a lot of variety on Fortnite’s Chapter 6’s 18 new locations, and you’ll need to visit lots of them to complete Quests to get XP.

Whiffy Wharf

Northwest of Fortnite Chapter 6’s map is Whiffy Wharf, a coastal town that seems to thrive thanks to its fresh seafood. A giant octopus mascot is the main attraction in Whiffy Warf, where most places look like food vendors.

Like most named locations, it has a Reboot Van, Elemental Chests, Typhoon Blades, different vehicles, and a Vending Machine. Whiffy Wharf is located on a gulf, which means it’s also a great fishing spot to complete some daily quests and get surprise items.

Flooded Frogs

• Can spawn Demon guards.
• It has a Sprite Shrine and an Earth Sprite nearby.

Flooded Frogs is one of the many Japanese temples you’ll find in Fortnite Chapter 6. As its name suggests, this particular temple is decorated with a huge stone frog that is constantly adding water to the flooded location.

Since the temple is full of water and there aren’t many places you can actually step on at floor level, it’s a great place to practice using the new movement mechanics introduced in Chapter 6, like wall-scrambling and wall-jumping, so you can take enemies by surprise.

Magic Mosses

Southeast of Flooded Frogs, you’ll find a cute forest with more Japanese-inspired architecture. This secluded POI has a few buildings with loot and ammo for you to start a match, if you manage to land there alone.

However, the most important aspect of Magic Mosses is that it has three different Sprite Shrines, two Earth Sprites, and one Demon portal. Whether you’re completing Kickstart or Story Quests or you simply want to experience what Chapter 6 has to offer, Magic Mosses is a great place to start.

Pumped Power

Taking a break from feudal Japan, you’ll find Pumped Power on the northeast region of Chapter 6’s island. It’s a power plant full of big pipes that create an interesting battlefield where you won’t need to build much to stay covered.

It has a lot of area to cover and many buildings full of loot for you to grab, as well as a Vending Machine. Other than that, Pumped Power is not a place to stay for long but one where you can gather your bearings and keep moving.

Demon’s Dojo

• Home to The Night Rose Boss that drops a Medallion when eliminated.

Where there once was a volcano, now there’s a snowy mountain with a dark temple on top. Demon’s Dojo is the house of one of Chapter 6, Season 1 bosses: The Night Rose. It’s a dangerous location because the boss will spawn shades constantly to attack you. So, even if you’re nowhere near the dojo, you should watch your back from invisible attackers.

The Night Rose is a tricky boss, but if you defeat her, you’ll get her Medallion, which reloads your weapons automatically without your input.

Twinkle Terrace

Twinkle Terrace is a small town with a couple of buildings and a lot of color. With floating balloons, this named location is home to Tanuki Twinkle, where you can find a Vending Machine and some Gold Bars alongside the rest of the loot.

Buildings in Twinkle Terrace aren’t tall, so there are a lot of mobility options, whether you’re looking to terrorize your opponents from above or you’re trying to escape from them as fast as you can.

Lost Lake

• Home to the Mizuki NPC.
• It has a Demon portal that can spawn guards.
• There is a Sprite Shrine located inside the main building.

Lost Lake is another feudal Japan-inspired location in Fortnite Chapter 6. You can enjoy the view of gorgeous buildings while in a firefight, and you can also use its many bridges to get to other nearby locations. The actual Lost Lake has a mysterious face submerged in its waters, so don’t freak out when you see it.

You’ll find a Sprite Shrine and a Demon portal here, and you’ll be able to talk to or hire Mizuki, the NPC introduced in Chapter 4, Season 2.

Brutal Boxcars

East of Lost Lake and south of Magic Mosses, you’ll find Brutal Boxcars. It’s mostly a huge warehouse for train cars and everything related to them. The train in Chapter 6 goes straight through this location, and you can see other tracks that go nowhere, at least for now.

There are a lot of containers here, so you can farm a lot of metal if you’re playing battle royale. Additionally, you’ll find a Mending Machine and a Reboot Van in the parking lot.

Nightshift Forest

• It features three NPCs: Bushranger, Kendo, and Jade.

Nightshift Forest is a huge location you’ll find by going all the way to the east of the map. It’s a very colorful location, too, with pink and purple trees inspired by Japan’s cherry blossoms.

This forest has a lot of things for you to check, from a temple to different statues, as well as Earth and Sprite Shrines to interact with. Nightshift Forest is also Jade and Kendo’s home, where you’ll find them fighting enemy NPCs from time to time.

Warrior’s Watch

You can find one of the tallest buildings in Warrior’s Watch, although it’s surrounded by mountains and other tall structures. It’s another feudal temple with a blue roof that brings a nice contrast when you’re looking at Nightshift Forest in the distance.

Warrior’s Watch is a great location to scout the rest of the map before making your next move in a match. It could also be a great nest for snipers if there were any sniper rifles in Chapter 6.

Foxy Floodgate

Chapter 6’s map has a huge dam located at the center. Foxy Floodgate has a parking lot, two Reboot Vans, and a Vending Machine. The dam itself is pretty big, but it has ziplines that go from top to bottom so yo,u don’t have any trouble exploring every corner of this named location.

While you won’t find shrines at Floxy Floodgate, the POI is surrounded by them, so keep that in mind to complete Quests and get Boons for special bonuses during a match.

Seaport City

• It has both a Vending Machine and a Mending Machine.
• It has two Reboot Vans.

Seaport City is clearly what’s left of the fan-favorite location from Chapter 4, Season 2 called Mega City. Many of Chapter 6’s locations seem to be repurposed assets from that cyberpunk-inspired season, and Seaport City is a toned-down version of its predecessor.

You won’t find huge skyscrapers here, but you can still explore many intricate buildings with lots to loot. The train passes through this location, so make sure to keep an eye out in case you need a quick escape.

Shining Span

Trailers for Fortnite Chapter 6 anticipated a huge bridge on the map, and that’s Shining Span. It’s the biggest bridge in Fortnite’s history, and it has ramps for intrepid drivers who are looking to do some tricks and get bonus points.

The cables on this suspension bridge work as rails, so you can ride them when you’re on foot to get to the top of the structure and back down. There are two Reboot Vans located at each end of Shining Span, so keep that in mind.

Burd

Burd is one of those locations that seem to be created just for the memes, and it has the shortest name ever for a POI in the game’s history. With a cute mascot that looks like a yellow poo emoji, Burd is the largest gas station in Fortnite Chapter 6. You’ll find many service stations that repair your car while they refuel it, so it’s the best location for a quick stop.

You can also shoot the gas pumps, whether you’re trying to eliminate opponents or create a big enough distraction to escape.

Canyon Crossing

• Home to two NPCs: Helsie and Nyanja.

Canyon Crossing is another location that’s divided by a bridge in the middle. It’s a small town with a big food vendor called Madbuns. It has a couple of tall modern buildings and more traditional structures, all of them connected by rails. Gunfights here are pretty dynamic, as you can constantly move while aiming and shooting opponents.

This POI is also home to Helsie, another Chapter 4 NPC making a comeback, and Nyanja, a brand-new character that’s part of Chapter 6, Season 1’s Battle Pass.

Shogun’s Solitude

At the southwestern edge of the map, you’ll see a named location painted in red by its colorful vegetation. This is another huge temple, and it has a demon portal you should be aware of. Aside from the main town that features a huge statue of the Shogun X boss, you can find other interesting details around this POI if you move to the edges of the map.

Shogun’s Solitude is one of the most visually unique named locations in Chapter 6, so don’t forget to visit.

Masked Meadows

• NPC Daigo is located here.

Masked Meadows’ architecture combines feudal Japan’s aesthetic with more modern European structures like the ones seen in most of Fortnite Chapter 5’s map. There’s a huge oni mask on top of a building and a huge banner of The Thousand Faces.

This location has many vehicles you can grab, like sports cars and different motorbikes, but its most important aspect is that it’s home to Daigo, the character on page 9 of the Season 1 Battle Pass, also known as the man of a thousand faces.

Hopeful Heights

• Vengeance Jones and Shadow Blade Hope are located here.

Jones and Hope are back in Chapter 6, Season 1, and the pair that debuted during the Underground season made their base of operation at Hopeful Heights. Aside from talking to these NPCs to get Expertise Quests, you can also find a Vending Machine and a Reboot Van here.

Hopeful Heights also features a big takoyaki place decorated by its mascot, a giant chef octopus. There’s not much to do here except for Quests, but you can find decent loot.
