This is why the list has been updated to include more information about the special abilities of every race in One Piece. Some of these races, especially the giants, will play a crucial role in the ongoing Elbaf arc.
Buccaneers
Status:Active
- First Appearance: Chapter 233, Episode 151
Buccaneers are an ancient race of people that existed during the Void century. They were taller and stronger than humans, making them great combatants. However, the race went nearly extinct because of the World Government. According to the information publicized by Oda, the Buccaneers committed a major transgression against the World Government, causing the organization to slaughter them ruthlessly.
So far, only two members of the race have been revealed, and they are Bartholomew Kuma and his father. After the World Government learned about the two, it didn’t waste any time enslaving them. Both of Kuma’s parents died in captivity, but his torment continued. It wasn’t until the God Valley Incident that Kuma ran away from captivity.
Prominent Members: Bartholomew Kuma managed to make a name for himself with his strength. He ate the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, which led to the development of paw-like pads on his hands. This enabled Kuma to deflect incoming attacks, send people away, and remove physical pain from his body and that of others.

Wotans

Lunarians are physically strong, and they also have the ability to create and manipulate fire. The only known member of this race is Kaido’s right-hand man, King. He is armed with the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon, an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to morph into a prehistoric creature. It is also one of the few Devil Fruits that grants its user the ability to fly.
Prominent Member: The Lunarians were hounded for their power and mercilessly killed by the World Government. The only surviving member of this race is King, who was experimented on by Vegapunk. Some Minks even lose control when they use the Sulong form and must be tamed by others to prevent them from causing widespread destruction.
Prominent Members: The Mink tribe played a crucial role in the Wano Country arc. Several Minks traveled to the land of samurai to liberate it from the clutches of the Beasts Pirates, and Orochi. The most notable members of this race are Inuarashi and Nekomamushi, the former rulers of the Mokomo Dukedom. With their strength, they defeated Jack and Charlotte Perospero in Wano.

They have a great deal of knowledge about plant life, making them excellent cultivators. Doflamingo exploited their work ethic by locking away their princess. This also ensured that the Tontatta would not do anything stupid.

Charlotte Pudding is a member of the Three-Eye tribe, and Big Mom tried to use her third eye to read the Road Poneglyph. Unfortunately, she was not ready to use the ability, which earned her Big Mom’s contempt.
Prominent Member: Charlotte Pudding is the only known member of the Three-Eye tribe.
