There are a variety of medals you can earn, and while some are easier to get than others, many are tied to specific challenges you can complete. One of these is the Alchemist Medal, which may seem difficult at first, but with the right approach, it’s actually easier to achieve than it appears.

There have been multiple complaints that this Alchemist Medal is bugged.

So, in case it’s still not registering for you, know that it is indeed still bugged, and unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it until it’s fixed.

How To Get Alchemist Medals

The Alchemist Medal description states that you need to rapidly kill five enemies affected by two or more elemental damages.

This can be easily achieved by combining your tactical, lethal, and Ammo mods.

There isn’t just one way to do this; any combination involving more than two types of elemental damage works.

Below is a list of the items that deal elemental damage:

Shock Charge
Molotov
Dead Wire Ammo Mod
Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod
Elemental Pop Perk-a-Cola

You can craft multiple Shock Charges and Molotovs using a crafting table and Salvage. Ammo mods can be equipped using an Arsenal machine.

For example, you can combine a Shock Charge with a Molotov and quickly kill the enemies affected by both.

Or, you can use the Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod after throwing a Molotov and then kill the zombies affected by both. Any combination of two elemental damage types should work.

So simply just get a group of zombies to follow you, set up the elemental damage, and then kill them quickly with either your weapon or an explosive weapon.
