What are the new Fortnite weapons? We’re heading back to Chapter 2 with the latest OG season of Fortnite: Chapter 2 Remix. Following a return to the very first Fortnite map in Chapter 4, we now have a revamped version of a map including locations like Lazy Lake, Slurpy Swamp and Dirty Docks – and plenty of classic guns to boot.

This includes all the exotic weapons sold by Fortnite NPCs, and even some new items that can help you greatly when it comes to sprinting across the island towards safety.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 5 weapon attachments
New to Fortnite Chapter 5 are weapon attachments. Some weapons come pre-equipped, but others require you to find a workbench to upgrade them. You’ll have a range of different scopes, magazine clips, and more. Here are all the weapon attachments and how they affect your gun:
- Red Eye Sight – x1,15 magnification
- Holo-13 Optics – x1.3 magnification
- Sniper Scope – x4 magnification
- Thermal Scope – x2.1 magnification with toggleable thermal view
- Suppressor – reduces muzzle flash and dampens audio
- Muzzle Brake – reduces recoil
- Vertical Foregrip – reduces ADS (aim-down-sights) recoil and spread
- Angled Foregrip – reduces ADS time
- Laser – increases hip fire accuracy
- Speed Foregrip – increases movement speed while aiming
- Speed Mag – decreases the time it takes to reload.
- Drum Mag – increases magazine size.
