November 2025 once again reflected a stable month in the mobile gaming market, with the top publishers holding firmly onto their positions. While the leaders remained unchanged, the lower half of the chart witnessed a few subtle shifts. Here’s a closer look at how the biggest publishers performed across downloads and revenue this month.

Azur Games continued to dominate the downloads chart with an impressive 101.3 million, comfortably maintaining its long-standing lead. Miniclip followed in second place with 83.4 million, and BabyBus held its third-place spot with 79.3 million.

Voodoo stayed in fourth with 72.6 million downloads, showing consistent stability. Voodoo rounded out the top five with 70.3 million. This result indicated that the downloads’ top five formers from September and October remained untouched.

Supercent stayed close behind at sixth with 55.1 million, while Supersonic Studios slipped slightly in numbers but held seventh with 50.8 million. Outfit7 remained eighth with 48.1 million, with My Talking Tom 2 finishing 14th among the highest downloaded games in November.

CrazyLabs secured ninth with 35.9 million, and 1SOFT completed the top ten at 32.3 million. The remaining slots saw familiar faces: Hungry Studio at 11th, Garena at 12th, Tencent Games at 13th, and the remaining two spots by FreePlay Inc. and ABI Games Studio.

In the revenue side of things, too, we didn’t witness any major shifts. It was Tencent Games once again who dominated at the top with a massive $395.9 million. Century Games followed in second with $192.7 million, as Dream Games was in third with $131.2 million, both maintaining their strong showing from last month.

Slight dip in revenue for Scopely and Funfly didn’t matter much as they were still in the Top 5. Playrix followed closely in sixth with $112.3 million, and Roblox Corporation positioned itself at seventh with $112.1 million.

Completing the top 10 were King, Supercell, and NetEase Games, with the first two earning over 100 million and the latter falling shy of the mark by 8 million. The rest of the chart featured familiar names.

Microfun, Cognosphere (HoYoverse), Moon Active, Bandai Namco Entertainment, and Florere Game Limited completed the top 15, all of whom stayed well above the $60 million threshold.
