Epic packs have been very frequent in eFootball 2026, and here we get yet another one in European Clubs Guardians. The pack is a re-run, going by the name, but we have new versions of Pepe, Maicon, and Berjuan stepping into the spotlight.
With Pepe and Berjuan being introduced as Legend versions of the Epic, many might be confused about these picks and whether to spin for them. Well, here’s my review and an honest take on how they feel in eFootball 2026 after testing them out.
Pepe
- Position: CB
- Playing Style: Destroyer
- Show Time Skills: Fortress and Long Reach Tackle
Pepe immediately resembles one of those defenders who don’t need much explanation; his numbers already suggest a Destroyer. Auto build legit explains how he was in his prime, really strong numbers in defense, with high aggression.

Numbers tell you exactly what he does on the pitch: step up, win the ball early, and bully strikers. Add Long Reach Tackle on top, and you’re basically getting a card that suits no-nonsense defending. Aerial Fort would have been a better addition, still.
No skills missed, but surely I had to tame this card down by cutting off a few defensive points since automatically, he moves up high on the pitch, and then leaves space behind. My build has Speed in 90s, so this is a really balanced option, I suggest.
Maicon
- Position: RB
- Playing Style: Offensive Wingback
- Show Time Skills: Phenomenal Pass and Edged Crossing
Maicon looks like a typical attacking fullback the moment you see his build. Everything points toward constant overlapping, quick runs, and wide play. The passing section stands out a lot, which makes both Phenomenal Pass and Edged Crossing feel very natural on him.

He is clearly set up to send crosses and long balls all game, and the card encourages that type of play. Defensively, he has enough in his numbers to stay stable and defend decently, even if he is attack-focused by design. That pace is his biggest strength, and he is really rapid in-game.
His physical presence and kicking power hint that he can push past wingers and take shots when the space opens up. Rising Shots were really strong when I tried. Lack of defensive skills for sure, but you can take advantage of that by having him as an RMF to make use of his ST skills.
Maicon
- Position: LB
- Playing Style: Defensive Wingback
- Show Time Skills: Edged Crossing
Here’s a card that is really strong on paper and has all boxes ticked for a Defensive Fullback. Sergi has a more disciplined approach as his defensive sections come out strong, which already tells you that he will hold his line well in one-on-ones.

The aggression line is also high enough to make him step in early without being reckless. He reads like a reliable, steady LB who will not wander out of position. Even then, his passing numbers are good enough that Edged Crossing does not feel wasted.
But he pushed forward very rarely, so I feel this skill wasn’t really frequently used. He can join the attack and deliver clean balls when the chance appears, but everything about his card leans toward defense first.
Overall, I felt it was a decent pack. Nothing groundbreaking apart from new debut cards, and honestly, the names aren’t really big enough to attract more eyes to it. Felt they could have done better with the Show Time skills or even the picks to make it more attractive, but there have been many great packs.
Pack Rating: 3 out of 5
