XD Games has announced a collaboration between their pixel-art strategy RPG, Sword of Convallaria, and the beloved title, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, scheduled to launch soon. This upcoming partnership with CD PROJEKT RED’s hit title follows the game’s popular crossover with Delicious in Dungeon.
Get ready for a legendary crossover where two beloved worlds will come together
Soon, the Witcher’s night will arrive in Sword of Convallaria, the acclaimed pixel-art strategy RPG, as XD Games teams up with CD PROJEKT RED for an exciting collab. Now, the two worlds known for their moral depth and distinct art styles are coming together, and I think fans of both titles are in for something great.
For those who haven’t tried it yet, Sword of Convallaria takes you into a stunning hand-crafted fantasy world caught between war and peace, where every choice you make shapes the fate of Iria. Plus, I can see why it gained such praise, as it combines detailed pixel art, a solid orchestral soundtrack, and deep tactical gameplay.
That said, not much information is available yet regarding this crossover, but we can still expect a lot from it. Considering how great their previous collaboration with Delicious in Dungeon was, I wouldn’t be so surprised if we see Geralt of Rivia, Ciri, and other characters make an appearance via time-limited events.
As a fan of The Witcher series, having played almost all the games and even watched the series, I’m looking forward to this amazing collaboration. The good news is the devs have promised to reveal more details soon, so stay tuned!
