Free Fire is going to wrap up the 2024 esports year soon with only one event left. As the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Global Finals 2025 takes place, the roadmap set at the beginning of this year is coming to its conclusion. The grand event of Free Fire Esports will crown the best team from the toughest contenders.
Organized by Garena, the tournament will take place offline in Jakarta, Indonesia. Scheduled to kick off this October, it will also feature the FFWS Global Finals 2025 Clash SSquad event.
FFWS Global Finals 2025: Schedule and Format
The tournament will kick off on the 31st of October with all the participating teams. The first stage, Knockout, will run till the 9th of November, where all the teams will be divided into three groups of eight per group. Each week has three mathdays, and the top 8 teams after Week 1 will advance to the Clash Squad mode. The CS mode will run from 5 to 6 November.
A total of 36 matches across 6 matchdays will take place during this period. Each team will compete in 24 matches. The top 12 will advance to the Grand Finals.
The Grand Finals will kick off on the 15th of November and will crown the champion on the same day. 12 teams will fight in the Champion Rush format. The team with the highest points will wear the glorious cape of world champion.

18 teams will participate in the event. However, the grand finals will only feature 12 teams. The teams are chosen from regional grand events. All the teams are locked in already and ready to jump into the clash.

Prize Pool
A total of $1,000,000 will be awarded to the teams. Based on their overall standings, the teams will receive cash prizes respectively. The complete breakdown of the prize pool is given below:
