  • Pre-registration for Kamen Rider DEFENSE WARRIORS is now available in Japan on Android and iOS.
  • Features 33 Riders from Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras with more coming later in updates.

AiiA Corporation has announced pre-registration for their brand-new tower defense mobile game Kamen Rider DEFENSE WARRIORS. Based on the popular superhero IP, you can pre-register for the game, which now live in Japan, for both Android and iOS players.

Kamen Rider DEFENSE WARRIORS comes with an original story with 33 riders upon launch

If you are a fan of the Rider series, this one looks pretty exciting since it brings together 33 Riders from the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras all in one game, with developers confirming more Riders will be added in future updates. You get to make your own dream team and fight off waves of enemies while protecting the city.

The gameplay follows a tower defense style where you place Riders on the battlefield and use their skills at the right time. Special moves from the TV series are included too, so the fights look flashy and true to the shows. You can actually pick your favourite Rider as your starting character, so you don’t have to wait to use them.

The game also comes with an original story about lost memories, plus the familiar bikes and weapons fans will recognize from across the series. On top of that, there are handy features like auto-battle, fast speed mode, and background loops that make it easier to play casually.

Pre-registration is now available through the Google Play Store and App Store in Japan, with an expected release date of October 28, 2025. No details about the global version have been confirmed yet. This announcement came after Ride Kamens shut down, so the IP gets a new game now, which I hope becomes a hit.
