New packs have landed in eFootball 2026, and this time the spotlight shines on the Epic Italy pack. Leading the charge are three legendary names: Fabio Cannavaro, Christian Vieri, and Alessandro Del Piero.
On paper, this pack is stacked with players who are easily starters in your sides, given their skills and stats. But does this combination make the pack worth chasing? Let’s break it down and see if these Italian icons are the perfect fit for your squad.
Fabio Cannavaro
- Position: CB
- Playing Style: Destroyer
- Show Time Skill: Fortress
Cannavaro is here, and out of all the CBs available, he is the one who gets the best treatment in terms of stats. No doubts, on paper, Cannavaro is the best defender in eFootball, and that reflects on the ground defending as well.
He loves to throw himself into challenges with clean timing. Despite not being the tallest, his jumping and balance make him surprisingly strong in aerial duels, but yes this isn’t a very high percentage since taller strikers obviously has a big advantage in this game.

The biggest strength here is how fast he feels for a centre-back. He can keep up with pacey attackers, close gaps quickly, and recover positions better than most CBs. Physical duels too, he is absolutely cracked as he can win them easily.
But again, something feels off for me. In this game where Speed and Acceleration have gained utmost importance, Cannavaro ticks these boxes. But Fortress as his only skill? Quite a downgrade. Can totally see a defender getting Aerial Fort and Long-Reach Tackle, and that’s when he climbs to the top spot.
Alessandro Del Piero
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Fox in the Box
- Show Time Skill: Blitz Curler and Acceleration Burst
Here’s my pick of the lot. Awesome numbers on paper, best skill combo for someone who has a good burst of pace and is known to curl the ball in. Del Piero again is the next card in this pack that gets a good stat treatment, and boy, he is fun to use.

He feels incredibly sharp on the ball, really responsive when you move with him, I feel that he automatically gets Momentum Dribbling with this. Combine that with his trademark curling shots and excellent finishing, and you have one of the most technically gifted forwards in the game.
What sets him apart is his versatility, he can play across positions, is a decent creator, link up with midfield, then can carry the ball to the goal even if you are a decent dribbler and finish using both feet. The downside here is his physicality, which I felt wasn’t too bad but yes, he can be pushed off the ball.
Christian Vieri
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skill: Phenomenal Finishing and Blitz Curler
A card that is making rounds on how this is the best striker, or at least Top 3, well, I have a few words to share. Vieri is back again, and this version feels like a powerhouse striker with two of the best Show Time skills a forward can get: Phenomenal Finishing and Blitz Curler.
By looking at the stats themselves, you can note this card thrives on strength, speed, and strong finishing aspects, and yes, he does reflect this on the pitch well. On the ball, however, he did feel a little clunky, maybe it is the height doing the play.

Now, something that this card isn’t good at is finishing using both feet and using Blitz Curler at its full potential. The curlers aren’t really strong in this one; the mid-80s is a good stop to have, but for some reason the full kicking power isn’t reflected.
I know you can adjust stats, but there is actually no room to maybe better this card, all are in the brink of 90s, and a few stat adjustments make the distribution messy. So this is a pretty clever card from KONAMI, a strong one yes, but just a nice reflection of how a strong striker will look like.
Overall, there’s no denying this is a strong pack. But there are a few missing elements that doesn’t make this score full marks. There is a long way to go before we get something really strong when it comes to these packs with the right Show Time skill given, till then, we go on a coin saving tour.
That being said, Del Piero is a sure-shot best CF/SS hybrid after Pelé, and with the right hands, he’s a strong card. Cannavaro is one of the best ground defenders, but I believe Aerial Fort ST skill might have fixed things for him.
Pack Rating: 4 out of 5
