Week 1: August 01 to August 07

Executive Summary

The first week of August 2025 delivered a mix of global launches, pre-registrations, and major collaborations. Final Frontier Story, Punch TV, CLUB Football Manager, Talking Tom & Friends: World, and KAIJU NO. 8 THE GAME were confirmed for global or regional release, while Free Fire’s Naruto Shippuden collab returned with themed skills, loot, and items.

On the pre-registration front, big names entered the pipeline including Hitman: Absolution, Rust Mobile, unVEIL the world, Pudgy Party, and Stella Sora. While Rust Mobile closed beta is set for November, news about upcoming titles like Spooky Express, CrisisX, Miniclip’s Pure Crime: Gangster Shooting, and Ragnarok M: Classic Global were highlighted. Industry news included the Indian government’s proposed Online Gaming Bill.

Week 4: August 22 to August 28

Executive Summary

The fourth week had the maximum buzz this month, with lot of new stuff hitting the mobile gaming scene. Global launches including All Who Wander, Echo of Elements, and ACECRAFT went live, alongside the announcement of Duet Night Abyss, Goddess Order, LIMIT ZERO BREAKERS, MIRESI: Invisible Future, King’s Raid relaunch, and Melon Parker releasing.

Pre-registrations surged with Tales Runner RPG, THE KING OF FIGHTERS AFK, Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, RAVEN2, and more, while soft launches brought Stormborn Era, Project Z: 72H Siege Conquest, and Galaxy Backpack Survivor to select regions. Closed betas rolled out for Elpis: Fallen Star, Trickcal: Chibi Go, Chasing Kaleidorider, Reverse War: The Future, and Chaos Zero Nightmare.

Week 5: August 29 to August 31

Executive Summary

The last two days also some nice coverage. Global launches with Bitmap Bay setting sail worldwide with retro pirate battles, while Paw Tales: Eternal Bond brought magical pets to players across the globe.

Meanwhile, Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra locked in its release for September 9 and Seven Knights Re:BIRTH confirmed its September 18 return with fresh content. On the testing side, Battle for Randland announced an upcoming beta for mobile and PC, while Sword of Justice scheduled its closed beta on September 26.

Honkai: Nexus Anima also revealed its “Nexus Bond” closed beta for iOS and PC soon. In other news, Sword Art Online Variant Showdown confirmed it will shut down on October 30 after multiple redevelopment attempts.
