Hero Games has announced that their zombie survival crafting action MMORPG, CrisisX, is scheduled to launch on Android, iOS, and PC in Q2 2026. This game previously launched early access in SEA and is joining Gamescom, offering an exclusive first look.

CrisisX is a zombie survival crafting action game set in a post-apocalyptic world, featuring a vast 1,200 km² open-world map, with up to 5,000 other players on a single server. In this game, you’ve to survive the threats from the Infected, the living, and even the wilderness.
You can fight or cooperate with others, join forces in Teams, Groups, and Communes to seize strategic resource points, expand your territories, and also explore a vast, diverse world with 12 distinct bio-environments and thousands of architectural landscapes, which looks cool.

Moreover, you can use a variety of weapons, ranging from primitive machetes and crossbows to everyone’s favourite modern firearms, and even armoured vehicles like the M4 Sherman tank. You also have to manage hunger, thirst, and health, and any physical activity impacts your character’s strength and physical attributes.
That said, while all of these are already exciting enough, I’m especially excited to create my own self-sustaining homesteads, and also expand them with fences, farms, and livestock, while also repealing the endless Infected Hordes. Overall, the game looks very promising, with huge world, large-scale guild battles, cozy activities like fishing, various bio-environments, and more.
CrisisX is scheduled to launch on Android, iOS, and PC in Q2 2026. You can now pre-register for the game via their official website. It looks like a beta test is also on the way this year, as per the official website. Stay tuned for more updates!
