Clash of Clans is back with another exciting seasonal challenge as part of the Clash-A-Rama season this August 2025. According to the Clash of Clans events calendar, we are in for a fun ride with several events to tackle, and right now, it’s time for the first challenge of the month, the Ricochet Rumble Challenge.
This tricky base sets the tone for this month’s action, but don’t worry, there’s a simple way to get those three stars. So, let’s break down the easiest strategy you can use to beat the Ricochet Rumble Challenge in Clash of Clans.
Introducing the Ricochet Rumble Challenge in Clash of Clans
The challenge is pretty interesting to look into. The base isn’t spread out, basically easy to tackle, but the twist is that you only have the Royal Champion as your troop.
The rewards will be distributed as in previous challenges, you will receive extra resources along with 400 XP, 25 Gems, and 1x Resource Potion. With the team continuing their usual approach, there don’t seem to be any plans to change this anytime soon.
How to beat the Ricochet Rumble Challenge in Clash of Clans
Start things off by deploying the Royal Champion at the bottom right of the base. Since this is a controllable challenge, make sure to tap the Fire Spitters manually so she attacks them, after the first, she’ll automatically target the second.
Once both are down, pull the Royal Champion back to the edge of the base. You might get followed by an Ice Wizard or two, but just hover her around and then move her towards the bottom right corner. Let her clear any remaining Ice Wizards using her aura damage as she moves.
Now guide her along the edge of the base to position her behind the Single-Target Inferno. Once she’s there, tap the Inferno to take it down; it’ll take three hits with a bit of aura damage. Then bring her back to the side to deal with all the Broom Witches by tapping around the area.
After that, move her up to the top of the base, again staying along the outer edge to avoid getting targeted by the base’s defenses. Once she’s there, move her behind the other two Fire Spitters and tap them to take them out.
After this, the rest of the challenge needs a bit more attention. Take out any Ice Wizards nearby, tap the Air Defense, move her to the next Air Defense and Archer Tower, and then guide her all the way back to the area near the Inferno.
Then tap the final Air Defense near the bottom and use her ability here, she’ll leap over and take it out. Finish by targeting the nearby Archer Towers, then safely guide her to the edge of the map to avoid Ricochet Cannon damage.
From there, the Azure Dragons will handle the Ricochet Cannons in the center, and you should have plenty of time to clean up the rest of the base.
