Who should you pull for in HSR Version 3.4 Phase 2
Honkai: Star Rail Phase 2 banner featuring Firefly, Blade, and Jingliu in Version 3.4. It’s hard deciding who to pull. It depends on your team’s needs and your priorities for future content. Each character brings unique strengths to the table, but some offer more immediate and long-term value than others. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide.
1. Blade
Blade is pretty good in most of the end-game content and has received one of the best buffs overall. His buffs boost his overall power. Although he’s on the standard banner now, which makes his limited rerun banner feel like a waste, especially when you could easily lose your 50/50 to him in the future anyway.

Buff-wise, there’s a lot that elevates him to the level of a good tier DPS, especially compared to other Hunt or Destruction characters. Although he’s still got a cool design and a fun self-sacrificing playstyle, that’s not enough to justify pulling him now when so many better DPS options are available.
2. Firefly
Firefly comes in second of the three. Back in the days, she was a pretty amazing DPS and had some really fun mechanics. But since then, the power level of newer characters has shot up, and Firefly hasn’t been able to keep pace. She can still do fine in certain break-focused teams and up to around MOC 10 or 11, but she falls off in higher stages and meta modes like Pure Fiction.

Unless you have support units to help her shine, she’s just not worth pulling over better DPS options. She’s fun, and if you like her playstyle or design, go for it, just don’t expect her to carry you through the hardest content.
3. Jingliu
Jingliu, despite getting buffs, is yet to break out of her mid-tier ranking. From all the buff characters, she got the least amount of value from it. Her kit revolves around damage based on max HP, critical damage boosts, and some light defense ignore, making her still somewhat functional as a DPS.

The buffs help her feel smoother and a bit more reliable, especially for players who already have her invested. But realistically, she’s still not at the level of the top-tier DPS monsters like the current DPS characters.
