Goddess of Victory: NIKKE has been consistent in releasing updates and we have one more lined up for this Summer of 2025 with the Boom the Ghost story update. While introducing more characters, events, and more, the update is set to debut on July 17, 2025.

Story Event details
This event takes you on a strange and exciting journey aboard the cruise ship Utopia. It follows the earlier Over the Horizon update and brings a fresh story, new outfits, rewards, and a spooky summer theme. You’ll lead the Nikkes through battles and story scenes to uncover the truth.
The Nikkes will explore a ghost ship full of surprises. The event includes missions, special rewards, and fun extras that make this summer different from before.
Dorothy: Serendipity arrives with limited-time SSRs
Dorothy is back with a new summer version in this update. She’s still made by Pilgrim and part of Inherit, but this time she’s using a shotgun called Ungrateful OZ. In the storyline, Dorothy seems more curious than usual, especially about photos she saw on Rapi’s tablet.
During the Special Summer event, Limited SSR Nikkes Sakura: Bloom in Summer and Rosanna: Chic Ocean will be available for recruitment as well, so get them too.
Giveaway, Submission Event, and Other Updates
To celebrate the release of the new promotional video (PV), there’s a special giveaway. You just need to follow the official NIKKE X account and repost their giveaway post. You might win a Summer Swimsuit Acrylic Stand, as only 15 are available, so it’s a rare item to have.
NIKKE’s Creator Hub Special Submission Event is live from July 11 to August 6, 2025. You can submit fan art, cosplay, videos, or more using the right hashtags on social platforms. Don’t forget to upload your link to the event page on Creator Hub.
NIKKE is also bringing the summer celebration to the real world. The game’s first orchestral concert, Melodies of Victory, will stream for free on NIKKE’s YouTube channel for a limited time.
The Doro Family Summer Tour will take place from July 18 to 25, 2025, visiting New York, Osaka, Seoul, Taipei, and Bangkok. It kicks off with a massive 10-meter-tall Doro Cruise Ship on display at New York’s Hudson River from July 18 to 19.
