Iconic hero Kelly leads the charge in this action-packed anime reveal of Free Fire

If you don’t know, Garena and KADOKAWA teamed up last year to bring an anime adaptation of Free Fire. The good news is they’ve now released a new teaser visual and trailer, providing you with a closer look at what you can expect.

This trailer and teaser visual highlight Kelly, who is one of Free Fire’s most iconic characters, as the central protagonist of the anime. Here, she and her allies uncover a hidden conspiracy behind a world that appears peaceful on the surface.

As a big anime fan, I’m really looking forward to this, especially with the thrilling prologue teasing stunning visuals and a deeper look at the Free Fire universe. Plus, it is being directed by Ken Takahashi, known for his work in Ragna Crimson and Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya.

CANDY BOX and Sus4 Inc power up the anime with style and sound

What’s better, the animation production is being handled by CANDY BOX, the studio behind the popular Blue Archive The Animation and Azur Lane Bisoku: Zenshin!, with the music production led by Sus4 Inc, praised for past works in Ragna Crimson and Jackie Chan & Clair’s Peace of the World.

This trailer’s theme song reimagines a familiar Garena Free Fire melody, giving everyone a nostalgic connection, while also amplifying the high-octane action sequences. That said, the completed animation will be broadcast and streamed worldwide, so wait for that.
