eFootball 2025 Squad Pillars 24-25 Season’s Best pack review

eFootball 2025 Squad Pillars 24-25 Season's Best

eFootball 2025 is back with another high-profile pack, this time highlighting the backbone of elite squads with its Squad Pillars 24–25 Season’s Best pack. Leading the lineup is Big Time Virgil van Dijk, joined by Show Time versions of Frenkie de Jong and Jude Bellingham.

Without a doubt, these are three top-tier players known for their consistency across Europe. With a class center-back, we have two amazing midfielders, who offer the best value for your coins? Let us break it down in this review.

This is a 150-player pack, and all three get a Show Time skill. Virgil van Dijk arrives as a Big Time card, while the other two are Show Time.

Virgil Van Dijk

  • Position: CB
  • Playing Style: Build Up
  • Showtime Skill: Long-Reach Tackle

Van Dijk‘s Big Time version is exactly what you’d expect, a rock at the back. He’s huge in-game, and his presence alone can force attackers to second-guess a run. His standout physicality, elite tackling, and aerial dominance mean he’s constantly shutting down even the most explosive forwards.

Let us start with the defensive numbers, and god, aren’t they impressive? His autobuild pushes those numbers to the 100s, but we can tone it down and have it in the mid-90s, and that is still impressive.

He gets all the skills needed for a defender, so you don’t have to worry about anything extra. He has a great height, so you can have the Header numbers as it is from the auto build. Long Range Tackle is a nice addition, definitely a huge boost to those long legs, so you can collect the ball easily.

He’s the kind of CB who makes you relax when your opponent counters, because you know he’s going to either block it or shut it down. Pair him with someone quicker if you’re worried about recovery, but my build has him at 90-speed, which is one of the best numbers for a CB.

Jude Bellingham

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Hole Player
  • Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Pass

A pretty overpowered card if you look at it, he doesn’t seem to have a weakness. There’s a separate debate of whether the player is deserving of the card or not, but boy, this seems to be an awesome card for those looking for a fantastic AMF/SS.

You’ll love how smooth he feels on the ball for someone with a taller build. He’s not clunky at all, and when he gets going, he is awesome on the ball. He gets good passing numbers, so whatever build you would like to have, he will fit that.

His auto build leans into a hybrid profile, giving you good finishing, strong dribbling, and passing in the 90s, which is a good fit at AMF. But I would rather utilize his finishing numbers to the 90s, cut down on the passing, and make him play at SS. Lack of curl might not be for a few, but I feel he is too good to be a creator alone.

Frenkie De Jong

  • Position: DMF
  • Playing Style: Orchestrator
  • Showtime Skill: Visionary Pass

Frenkie‘s Show Time card doesn’t scream flashy, but once you use it, you realize this might be the cleanest Orchestrator card you can play with. He’s smooth, he’s composed, and everything about his touch, control, and passing feels effortless.

His auto build is great for a DMF who is good at ground play, but no, don’t play him there. My suggestion is that the focus needs to be on passing and dribbling. Thanks to his player ID, his ball control feels world-class, and the way he turns with the ball makes him feel like he glides through.

Even though he is more like a CMF than a pure DMF, he can also be a legitimate AMF threat. Well, I would still have too many picks over him. You can push his physical contact to the mid-to-high 70s, have those dribbling and passing numbers in the 90s, and boost his pace too; you have a solid card in hand.

If you have coins, spin. Three really good cards in their position, especially a top-tier permanent B form Big Time Van Dijk, is someone you shouldn’t miss. The other two cards have stellar stats, and they are two of the consistent performers in the world right now, so yes, go ahead and try your spins!
