SubaGames.com has announced the launch of an open beta test for their casual culinary sim title, Cooking Battles, on both Android and iOS. Developed by TITC Studio, iOS users can try it out via TestFlight.

Cooking Battles is a fast-paced culinary sim that offers real-world cuisines and sci-fi alien dishes. In this game, one minute you’ll be slicing toro sashimi and serving in Tokyo, the next you’ll be grilling alien ingredients on a distant planet, all in a race to become the best and fastest chef out there.
As someone who loves to eat but can barely cook, I surely get hyped for titles like this. And, the thing is, it’s not just about cooking either, as you’ve to compete in fast-paced real-time matches, mastering everything from grilling and broiling to chopping and sautéing, against players from around the world.
Customize your character, restaurant, and even the staff
Not only that, but it’s the customization factor that also pulls me in. You can personalize your character in cool outfits and even design your own unique restaurant to match your aesthetic, cool, quirky, or luxurious. Moreover, you can even dress your staff accordingly, which is a nice touch.
Overall, the game looks super fun, with its fast-paced gameplay, endless customization, variety of recipes, competitive play, mini-games, achievements and hidden surprises, world maps, and more. Oh, the game is available in portrait mode, and the characters look adorable, if you’re wondering.
