Empires & Puzzles is teaming up with WWE for an exciting crossover event, bringing 10 of the biggest Superstars into the game for a limited-time quest. The Match-3 game will also have special challenge events starting May 26, 2025.
New Empires & Puzzles gameplay includes three passive types and a status effect
The event mixes Empires & Puzzles’ classic puzzle combat with a WWE twist. Once the collab is live, you can jump into the WWE Superstar Quest, where you’ll battle through 10 match-3 stages.
You’ll start the quest with five WWE Guest Heroes already levelled up and ready to go. As you defeat each stage, you’ll add more Superstars to your squad and perform signature moves thanks to the new event-specific gameplay.
Here, you collect iconic wrestlers like John Cena, Charlotte Flair, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and more. WWE legends Triple H and Shawn Michaels are also joining the fight. You’ll get to experiment with three new passive types, namely Striker, Technician, and Powerhouse.
Also added is a new status effect called Grapple, changing how battles play out. Matching tiles sends flying fists at your enemies, charging up your heroes’ signature finishers for big-time damage and exclusive rewards.
Kicking off on the 26th this month, it will run for six weeks. Empires & Puzzles has been going strong since 2017, with over 98 million downloads around the world. So if you want to jump in and enjoy the fun even as a wrestling fan, this WWE event is surely the way to go.
