HoYoverse reveals long-awaited details on its collaboration with the iconic anime Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] live at the Honkai: Star Rail Concert 2025. The Honkai: Star Rail x Fate/stay night collab was a big craze when it was teased last year during the Version 2.4 Special Program and Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024.
Players can participate in a special collaboration warp to obtain the legendary characters Saber and Archer, both appearing as limited 5-star characters. The crossover event, titled “Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail,” will launch globally on July 11th, 2025, featuring limited-time characters, a themed storyline, and exclusive rewards!
Saber and Archer from Fate/stay night get their own special Event Warp Banner
Fate/stay night is a Japanese visual novel and anime series by Type-Moon. It centers on the Holy Grail War, a secret battle royale where mages summon historical heroes to fight for the all-powerful Grail. The Unlimited Blade Works route follows Saber and Archer as they confront fate, morality, and the cost of ideals!
The Honkai: Star Rail x Fate/stay night collab warp begins on July 11th, 2025, at noon server time and will remain available for an extended period. Though HoYoverse has stated that its warp count will be tracked independently from other limited and standard warps. Check for future announcements for specifics on warp mechanics and event rules.
5-Star Character Saber
Saber is a 5-Star character following the Path of Destruction. She is a Wind unit and will have her own limited Event Warp starting from July 11th, 2025. The exact date for the banner duration is not given yet. Stay tuned for further information regarding her kit and storyline.
Free Limited 5-Star character Archer
Archer is a 5-Star character following the Path of Hunt. He is a Quantum unit and will be given for free by logging into the game starting from July 11th, 2025, till Version 3.6 ends. Take a trip back to Penacony with the new Fate/Stay night event
The special event will be set on planet Penacony! We will be thrust into an interstellar version of the Holy Grail War, where we can summon Heroic Spirits, wield Noble Phantasms, and battle through a brand-new story arc crafted under the supervision of Fate creator Kinoko Nasu.
As far as we know, on how the Penacony story-line will play out, Archer, described as a lone warrior who challenges the hypocrisy of the world, will stand beside us as a loyal ally. Meanwhile, Saber, the steadfast and noble swordswoman, will join the Astral Express crew in a narrative that promises thrilling interactions and surprises!
