Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship 2025 is back to gather the pros under the same roof as KONAMI announces the tournament. Japanese multinational video game and entertainment company will host the esports event in Paris, France.

Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2025 will bring celebration events to OTS
The event will kick off on the 30th of August 2025 and end the next day. This two-day event will bring together top duelists from around the world. Besides, KONAMI also announced the Celebration Events and the first-ever French-language WCS promo cards.
The celebration events will take place at selected Official Tournament Stores (OTS). These will be open to all (fans and duelists) so that everyone can similarly experience the event.
To mark the event as a distinct one, two special promo cards will be awarded to attendees who participate in the celebration events. These cards will be the first-ever French-language WCS promo cards. They are as follows:
- Fracas, le Guerrier Magique (Breaker the Magical Warrior)
- Force de Miroir (Mirror Force)
There will be four separate tournaments in the event. It will feature Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (TCG), Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, and two different tournaments for Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS. These different events for Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS will take place in SPEED DUEL and RUSH DUEL formats.

Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship 2025 will take place offline, but it will also keep an online presence on its social media handles. The event will be live-streamed so that fans around the world can enjoy the top and intense duels packed with strategic moves.
