This weekend, the FNCS has stepped up to its most exciting stage yet. The main qualifiers now over, and we’re approaching the Finals. With all but the Last Chance Lobby completed, the FNCS Major 2 2025 players secure their slots in the finale. After five weeks of Divisional Cups, and the Group Stage, players have had to win a game or be one of the most consistent teams across an entire region of players to go forward. Who has already qualified and who will have to face the Last Chance Qualifier to get their slot?
With the tournament coming up fast, we’ve nearly got our final rosters locked in. A lot of the best Fortnite players have secured their slots. Some are still going to be fighting it out to get their place though. This is everyone we’ve seen locked in so far:
FNCS Major 2 2025 Group Stage
Last weekend, we saw the end of the FNCS Major 2 2025 Group Stage. So far, the groups have all been played in full, but a Last Chance Qualifier is still coming up. It’s only a handful of players who aren’t secured now.
The two biggest areas for Fortnite esports get an extra group. These two regions have three groups, whereas the smaller ones only have two. Teams move through by getting a win in the qualifying stage. However, a handful also go through from consistency alone. The Groups were an interesting batch this year. With Europe being so competitive that previous Champions barley squeaked through. Over in NAC, things were tight too.
Last year’s winners nearly missed out, after an early death for Pollo saw them have a poor second to last game. After playing it safe in Game 5 though they secured their position. The day before, Clix’s team (who ranked high last season), got in by five points alone. An incredibly close call.
Even in Group 1 there were some surprises. The most watched Trio never managed a Victory Royale, making this the first time Peterbot has gone through these qualifiers without winning a match! Just record-breaking kill numbers.
