Entering YaLLa Compass Spring 2025 as last-minute replacements for Passion UA, the young guns at NAVI Junior have managed to go all the way to win the tournament. An impressive final day saw them beat Dynamo ECLOT and ENCE, having far more trouble getting over the line in the Semi-Final against the former than the Grand Final against the latter. Here’s how they did it.

NAVI Junior’s Playoff run began in the Semi-Finals, where they required a reverse-sweep to take down a Dynamo ECLOT team that have surpassed all expectations at YaLLa Compass Spring 2025. It isn’t easy to thrive in those circumstances, so to see them hold their nerves to secure a place in the Final in the first place is a great sign that these players are the real deal.
In that first series, NAVI Junior had to rely on makazze to carry them over the line with 58 kills across all three maps. We’ve highlighted makazze as a future star in our previous YaLLa Compass coverage, and he has only continued to assert that notion with his efforts in this Semi-Final.
ENCE powerless against NAVI Junior as they win YaLLa Compass Spring 2025
Then, we come to the Final. There was much less resistance here, with NAVI Junior taking the Final in a pretty swift 2:0 series. This is a team that has won online tournaments before, but nothing on the scale of YaLLa Compass Spring 2025, where they have managed to win a massive $150,000 cash prize. For context, this is more than the main NAVI lineup have won at any CS2 tournament this year, so it’s a huge deal.
They just dominated ENCE from start to finish, in what was a shockingly straightforward Grand Final. It will be one to forget for ENCE, but for NAVI Junior, there’s no better argument that this roster might deserve to stay together under another organization, where they’ll be able to get invited to Tier 1 events as they climb the VRS. As it stands, any invites for NAVI Junior that conflict with the main roster would have to be declined, which feels unfair given their performance at YaLLa Compass Spring 2025.
